simpleesweet78 answered Thursday August 12 2004, 9:23 pm: I know it hard to lose weight.. but just try to cut back on snacks.. eat alotta fruit instead of candy | chips | cookies | icecream | etc. Drinking a lot of water or diet soda makes you full so you wont eat as much too.. Try it on and then say to yourself, if I eat and I'm not hungry, I'll never fit into this outfit. food is an addiction, choose health over addictions. say to yourself, I love my life more than food. dotdotdot32 answered Thursday August 12 2004, 9:20 pm: well, you could snack but eat foods that are less fatty. like carrots.and celery; or sugar free things. as your mom not to stick foods that are bad for in the house. so you have less of a chance of eating them. drink things like crystal light, it sugar free and has 5 calories. bella627 answered Thursday August 12 2004, 9:00 pm: ahh i have the same problem! my worst time is at night when im watching tv so instead of cookies or something, i have a cup of dry cereal to munch on...something sweet like apple cinnamon cheerios or frosted mini wheats. these cereals are pretty good for you and satisfy the sweet/crunchy craving. but you could even try the not-so-healthy cereals because even that would be better than candy or whatever. but i think if you're having a big craving, try to have something to satisfy it instead of ignoring it...it will keep getting worse and then you might end up bingeing. or have some chocolate milk--made with skim milk and fat free syrup. it will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you calcium!
