i have no willpower okay - i know HOW to lose weight but i have no willpower and a major sweet tooth lol ne advice on how to stop snacking??

remember the good healthy and yummy foods you can eat! for exaple, grapes, peaches, strawberrys, other fruits. Or if you're hungry at a time u think u shouldnt be, than drink a glass of milk or water, it will make you full. and cut down on sodas. ]
Well first each day or every week try to do a lower amount of sweets and some more healthier foods like a salad or somethin with Less carbs.. Also runnin maybe? But dont just Stop junkfood, it wont work, Everyday go lower on it untill your body is ready for it to be gone! Hope i Helped! <3 ]

y0u can styll snack , jus workout more, tighten those abs - crunches are the #1 thing i do everyday , jus to keep up with the same weight, and instead of eat as many calories that u burn, burn as many calories that u eat!

I know it hard to lose weight.. but just try to cut back on snacks.. eat alotta fruit instead of candy | chips | cookies | icecream | etc. Drinking a lot of water or diet soda makes you full so you wont eat as much too.. Good luck hope that helps

you can stil have some snacks when your dieting but dont have them everyday. have one a couple times a week so you'll start to cut down on junk food, and dieting isn't as hard as you may think ]
In addition to askin ur family to hide the snacks from u, u can also do this. every time you think about eating something, pull out an outfit you would like to fit into. Try it on and then say to yourself, if I eat and I'm not hungry, I'll never fit into this outfit. food is an addiction, choose health over addictions. say to yourself, I love my life more than food. well, you could snack but eat foods that are less fatty. like carrots.and celery; or sugar free things. as your mom not to stick foods that are bad for in the house. so you have less of a chance of eating them. drink things like crystal light, it sugar free and has 5 calories. ]
Just drink tons of water, and when ur craving something then try to eat some fruit instead, just keep urself full with healthy snacks every few hours (lol i heard that on Oprah) ]
Whenever you want to eat somthing, just touch your stomach so it reminds you of if you do it somthin you will get bigger ]
You can eat whatever you want as long as you excercise or walk and dont eat sweets in big quantities and whatever you eat that day you should do extra crunches or pushups or jumping jacks at night right before you go to bed!!! and remember however much sweets u eat u have 2 burn off ]
ahh i have the same problem! my worst time is at night when im watching tv so instead of cookies or something, i have a cup of dry cereal to munch on...something sweet like apple cinnamon cheerios or frosted mini wheats. these cereals are pretty good for you and satisfy the sweet/crunchy craving. but you could even try the not-so-healthy cereals because even that would be better than candy or whatever. but i think if you're having a big craving, try to have something to satisfy it instead of ignoring it...it will keep getting worse and then you might end up bingeing. or have some chocolate milk--made with skim milk and fat free syrup. it will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you calcium! ]
hey my mom is always craving chocolate or something sweet, but she wants to stay on her diet. So she goes to the store and buys some"semi sweet chocalate" it's actually really good!! you should try it ]
Ask your family members to hide all the snacks and sweets and another good way to stop snackin is to put a rubber band on your wrist and snap it when you see a snack or sweet. I know that somebody already said this but it works lol. Hope I helped :) ]
-hide the sweets.
-wear a rubber band and everytime you go to get an unhealthy snack, snap it.
-make a goal for yourself
