One of my friends said that her parents thought people who attempted suicide or thought about killing them selves were crazy- and i said that i thought that to, and then my friend said that when people have depression they cant help it so they just kill them selves..i didnt believe it..but is it true that you cannot control ur self when ur depressed? i mean isnt there something u can do about it --HelP * i RaTe hIgH

well ur friend is wrong, u can totally control urself when ur depressed.I can't exactly tell you how because some people just take time to finally get over depression, but trust me u CAN get over being depressed and I think that most people can control themselves, and if they can't...well then they need help before committing suicide.

What are some ways of getting rid of just a lil fat and like getting toned? Like just dieting tips and workouts n such. My problem areas are my thighs (inner mostly) and stomach. Thanks

Situps and crunches are best for getting rid of fat on your stomach, and for your thighs well there is this one excercise when you hold on to someones ankles while ur laying on your back and their standing up then they grab your ankles and throw them down to the ground as hard as they can but you have to not let your legs touch the floor and that really helps get rid of fat and build muscles.

I put my eyeliner dark right under my eye and then I put it lighter on my eyelashes at the bottom of the eyeline thing.

i'm going to be a freshman, and just got my braces off, and my teeth are kinda yellow. i heard that some of the teeth-whitening products don't really work & are too expensive. what should i do?! i can't go to highschool looking like this! please help!

My dad's teeth used to be reeeeally yelllow and it was kinda gross, but then my mom got him crest whitening strips and his teeth just go soo much whiter. Maybe u should try it
