(NOT A GOOD THING!) Hold back from eating just because you are bored or because you're sad. Those are 2 things that help a lot! Another thing that Ive found useful to staying fit is to do crunches. Do about 100-200 a day. You can break it up and do some in the morning and then some before you go to bed at night. As far as your thighs are concerned try walking, running or even picking a stair, putting your feet half way on and using it to go up and down with your feet (like your walking). You should feel this working your thighs and calves. Just make sure that you keep up with these things. Becoming fit doesnt happen overnight and you wont be like that forever unless you keep up with it! *Melissa* [ AskMeL123's advice column | Ask AskMeL123 A Question ]

hugsNkissez1 answered Monday August 16 2004, 9:53 pm: Situps and crunches are best for getting rid of fat on your stomach, and for your thighs well there is this one excercise when you hold on to someones ankles while ur laying on your back and their standing up then they grab your ankles and throw them down to the ground as hard as they can but you have to not let your legs touch the floor and that really helps get rid of fat and build muscles. KateStar1011 answered Monday August 16 2004, 9:13 pm: Welp...the question right before you I answer asked the same thing. Wow...all of us are the same in our own little ways! :) *Wink* Well..considering I don't believe in DIETs really...what you need to do is still all of the food you like to eat everyday...but cut down on how much you eat. Such as...no 3 snacks a day, ya know? And at dinner and lunch, cut the portions down. As for workouts...maybe do some sit ups every morning...and a big thing. RUN and walk, that always works. I hope I helped, good luck!! :) [ KateStar1011's advice column | Ask KateStar1011 A Question ]
