well im 13 n my bro has a friend thats 16 n when ever like we r around eachother he smiles at me n i blush rele easly n well i kinda like him but he wouyld never go out w. me.. but like my bro invited him to worlds of fun n well he kept walkin by me n siting w. me on rides.. n well he came to our new house to help us move n i came in n he just smiled at me again n its rele confusing cuz idk if he likes me or what....

FRom what you've mentioned, it DOES seem like he likes you. I suggest flat out asking him how he feels. How about asking him why he always smiles at you so much. You could tRy and make it seem funny, something like.. "Why do you always smile at me? Ya know.. if you keep youR face like that too long.. it'll fReeze in that position." I don't know - something along those lines. It'll make it a bit easieR. Then if you discoveR that he DOES like you... you should have HIM ask youR bRotheR how he would feel if he took you to a movie oR something. Hopefully things woRk out! Hope I helped!! =D
