eyeliner
i want to wear eyeliner this year. not alot, but kind of noticeable. except when i put it on, i always manage to mess it up. does anyone have any tips??

you can try using just a little bit along the eye, then use a smudger and smudge it to make it smoky and fuller. And if you make a "bad smudge" It comes off as easy as it was put on . :) hope this helps!

ive use liquid and an eye pencil.. if you choose to use liquid, thatll make it look less noticable, but you would need a steady hand to put it on without messing it up. an eye pencil gives your eyes more effect and it stands out more. but that means that it would be more noticable.. though, eye pencils are easier to put on.

Firstly, I suggest a pencil liner, if you're not already using one. I tried to use liquid... I could never get it to look right, lol.
When you're putting it on your top lid, take the outer corner of your eye with a finger, and stretch it out until your eye kind of closes - don't actively close your eye, though. Concentrate on getting the liner on your lashes - it'll get on your lids, but less of it will go on your lids if you concentrate on your lashes.
As for your bottom lid, pull the bottom of your eye down and concentrate on getting the liner where your lashes meet your lid, but more on the lid than lashes.

When I put on eyeliner, I usually only put it on the bottom part of my eyes because it looks overdone sometimes if you wear it on both parts. I put the liner on the bottom part, and rub it a little so it looks more natural.

uhm. if you want it noticable but not TOO too much then you should just put a thin line under your eye really close to your eye, and one thin line on the bottom of your eyelid near your eyelashes. (its kinda hard to explain so if it sounds wrong..sry!) well just keep practicing and eventually you'll become an expeRT! good luck + please rate me->tysm

it just takes practice to get a straight line. try stila smudgepots it's a gel sort of and u apply it with a brush so it's harder to mess up. also it stays on all day so u don't have to worry about touch- ups. good luck!

What I do when I apply eyeliner is put it on the little pink layer on top of your bottom eyelashes. I dont know exactly how to explain it! Anywways just pull the bottom part of ur eye down and ull probly see what i mean. Put it there and as your day goes on the color will fall under your eye and be noticible!! Hope I Helped Sweetie!!

I'd Reccommend using eitheR "MeRyl NoRman", which can be a bit pRicey and is only found at "MeRyl NoRman Cosmetic Studios", but it does wondeRs and stays on all day!! OR.. betteR yet... "Beautique", which is only 99 cents at Sally's. Don't let the cheap pRice fool you into thinking it's junk!! When it comes to make up, I would neveR buy junk, but I pRefeR "Beautique" oveR ANY otheR bRand of eyelineR!! It's incRedible! I can NOT pRomote it enough!! FoR only 99 cents it's woRth a shot!! hmmm u just hold the eye down...n put it on..try not to blink...hmm if u wanna put it on da upper part of da eye...just close ur eyes like u sleeping n try to open one of them n try as much as u can to make a str8 line...if u cant...just get this thing that u clean up the ears...( lmao i forgat wut its called) n put water in it...n then fix it :) hmm i guess dats it...hope i helped..xoxo effy
