You could also have just gone through a growth spirt and now your muscles are trying to catch up. The best advise i can give is maybe ice it and KEEP walking and moving your neck. Staying still adn resting it will only stiffin it so when you move it will hurt even more then b4. Hope i helped...let meh now how it goes. volcombabe answered Saturday August 7 2004, 8:02 pm: I've been getting aches on my neck lately until yesterday I figured that my necklace that I haven't taken off in about 5 months irritated my skin. If you wear a lot of anklets and necklaces, that could be the problem jewelry wise, otherwise, I wouldn't know. [ volcombabe's advice column | Ask volcombabe A Question ]
Mackenzie answered Saturday August 7 2004, 7:55 pm: I'm not shoRe. I'd suggest to see a doctoR, but he'll pRobably tell you it's "gRowing pains", but if it gets bad enough, a visit to the doctoR may be a wise decision. I hope eveRything woRks out! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]

xo_Meg_ox answered Saturday August 7 2004, 7:25 pm: you can get injuries in sports without a specific incident occuring ex: stress fractures and shin splints....with your neck maybe you slept wrong?? or pulled something?? go to a doc, it could just be growth spurts [ xo_Meg_ox's advice column | Ask xo_Meg_ox A Question ]
