Im really depressed right now..and i dunno why..its weird. How do i cope with it?

You are probably just having a down point in your day or in your week, or maybe month.. It happens sometimes when your alone or your feeling kind of left out.. You can't really "cope" with it.. It's just there, the only thing that can pretty much forfill that is happiness or a great day. Don't worry sunshine, the storms are movin away, you'll be much better.. Just keep your head up and live life. Spend alot of time with some friends, and make new ones! that's always awesome, keep yourself occupied so you don't even have to think or come across depression..But when it's there, fight it off, make plans!

eee... i know what you mean... what i do is write, whatever i feel. it hurts though after i read it, cuz i see what i feel... if you write what you feel you will have to admit you feel it, it's right there in your own writing... so you feel it... maybe that will make you feel better.. just 'member things get worse before they get better...

depressed..wow i know alot about this topic! when i was depressed i listened to music that just got me jumping..like retarded music, Backstreet Boys, N*sync..stuff that I listened to when I was younger..it brought back memories of when I was a dumb..dumb kid! haha! Just Kidding! ;-) but..think about positive things..take a nap and dream away the hurt:) ]
when i'm sad i find that writing in a journal or typing my thoughts up really helps me clear my mind and look at my situation in a different light...music always helps, too...and sometimes when i feel anti-social i like to read books in my own little comfy world lol feel better ;D

i get the same way sometimes. but i have a copuple of friends that no matter what kind of mood ur in they always make me laugh and smile. maybe one of ur friends is the same. u basiclly should be around happy people. you maybe u should write down ur feelings and then if u dont want anyone to see them u cant throw them away usually getting ur feelings out helps me...well i hope this works ]
well i dont kno u but if u havent started ur period that could be i ur emotions might be getting to u? or maybe sumthin u did was wrong and its tearing u away...or.....sumthin bad hapened or things arent going ur way......?...... ]
Well I think you should try 2 figure out why ur depressed first... Because if you dont know y ur depressed you cant really get to the problem!! If you figure out why ur depressed leave a question and ill b happy 2 help u cope with it!! Hope ya feel better soon! <3 ]
Just try to keep yourself busy + not think about it .. go shopping! That always helps :o) .. Do a lot of stuff with your friends.
If it keeps on for a long time, I'd talk to your parents and they can help you out =) ]

be around people, that always helped me, just to be with someone, though hotlines could help, you should keep yourself busy, it should keep your mind off of things, or give your self a goal, like if you like running! give yourself a goal to run so many times a day or somthing ]
Everyone goes through those stages. It may occur for a long period of time. But try and get out and do things and I'm sure you'll be fine. ]
