i get the same way sometimes. but i have a copuple of friends that no matter what kind of mood ur in they always make me laugh and smile. maybe one of ur friends is the same. u basiclly should be around happy people. you maybe u should write down ur feelings and then if u dont want anyone to see them u cant throw them away usually getting ur feelings out helps me...well i hope this works
