I in fact, used to have this problem. Class is so boring right? Just try to concentrate on what the teacher is thinking and concentrate on the book. If things are bothering you like a relationship or someone that is special to you, try to not think about it wait til after class don't let it bother you during class. If you actually listen it isn't that bad, but don't be surprised if you feel a couple yawns here and there. Keep an agenda with you or a notebook to write down your homework and when you go to your locker at the end of the day look at it so you can grab all of your books and keep the notepad so you konw what to do!

Best wishes!

well most everyone has a semi short attentation span! if you forget homework i suggest a planner or maybe just talking to your school nurse or doctor about it. You might have ADD but it can always be helped with medication! xO nicole

There is a possibility that you have ADD, I went to my therapist to see what all was wrong with me and they asked me all these different questions, like, do you have a hard time keeping task? Do you daydream? Do you forget things you were supposed to do? and I said yes to everyone of those...So, I have ADD, So go to your local doctor, or get a therapist, and get some medications to help that!

write it down on your body or something, if you have a cell phone, make reminders for yourself, the short attention span, if you really care what happens in class, find out from someone later if your blankin in class, its hard to remember homework, but as long as you get it done and put it in your backpack, you shouldn't have a problem. hope i helped good luck with school! -dr.anqel
