how do i lose weight in my thighs and calves??

first off dont do a diet it doesnt help with ur legs what u really need to do is start running do nething n if u dont like runnin start small like wit 2 laps then double 4 ok then start doin some liftin b/c that will make that in to muscle u cant lift jus lil bit try addin everytime u go to lift it will work if u set ur mind to it i run everyday n lift 2 times a week actually im on a track team summer track team so if u need nething else about thsi stuff u can ask me

too loose weight in your legs, the best exersize is running. also, when running drink a lot of water. also try some leg work-outs...they may help.

Whatever you do, do arobic exorcises. Anarobic does nothing but make your muscles bigger, and it looks bad underneath chub. Try jogging for 30-60min 3 times a week, streach a lot, buy a workout video that includes arobic exorcises (Yoga, Pilates)

You have to work out with your legs. Try a treadmill, if no good... then run.. its the cheapest (well free) excercise there is. And eat things grilled over fried.. just dont get too serious about it. You'll be in big trouble with yourself then.

Well, the exercises that I do for legs are pretty easy. I call them leg lifts (not sure if that's what they are called but I call them that). Anyway, you lay on one side and you prop your head up with your hand and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting with 30 on each leg and if that's too easy then do more.
