weight I am 4'9" and I weigh 93 pounds... I have very muscular legs and arms,(i dont mean to brag but i am telling the truth so i will get good advice) but my stomach is a little poochy. I haven't gone through "puberty" yet, and i know that I will get taller and thin out a little bit, but for now, what are some ideas to lose the pooch? (plus inner thighs, and lateral obliques) Thanks!

Well im almost exactly like you im 4'11" and im 93 punds, but i have hit puberty and you do get skinnier and every night i do 500 crunches, it helps!! **Lauren** ]
1 word: crunches. do 500 every night. it sounds like a lot but omg in the end u get rock hard abs! oh yeah and don't worry as u get taller and older u get thinner. (the same thing happened to me) ]
first of all, i am sure ALOT of people would kill to weigh 93 pounds! i know i would!!! but if your really looking for a solution, tru doing sit-ups or crunches before bed. it is awesome to be 4'9 and 93lbs. hope i helped!

I had the exact same problem with my best friend. Everyone knew he was gay but he just wasn't ready to tell. He eventually came out,and gained alot more respect for it. However, don't rush him into confessing anything, he'll do it eventually if he IS gay, it's not an easy thing for someone to come out and say. The best thing you can do is continue to be his friend, stick up for him when someoen calls him gay (EVEN IF YOU AGREE) and eventually he'll come out, when HE'S ready. We forced my friend too, and it's something I regret a whole bunch looking back on. Just don't hassle him about it...like I said, he'll come out some day, that is, if he's gay...he could just be feminine? ]

okay, well u are able to do sit ups, crunches, jog, walk
but really, it's just baby fat, since u haven't hit puberty thats all it is, idrk if u r able to lose the pouch, but those are still ways to keep in shape

crunches go to www.BMIscale.com and see if you are underweight or whatever but according to that your government approved!! so your just fine!-trix ]

Hey,it's totally okay to be 4'9 and weigh 93 lbs!! I'm 4'10 and I weigh 90 lbs. Sooo,who knows,you may grow another 4-5 inches,you may not!But don't worry,short people rock! ;) Hehehe! As far as any pooch is concerened,your best bet is to do sit-ups and crunches!!Invest in an ab-roller too,those things are great!To firm up your thighs,hit the treadmill,and the stationary bike.Also those old rowing machines aren't bad!!!They're kinda fun actually!! Haha! Hope this helps ya some! :) ]
if you havent hit puberty yet, its still a little baby fat.. perfectly normal. i had the same problem,and its all better now. i really dont think you should try and lose a lot of weight, because you are teeny! maybe an idea to "lose" the pouch is to wear shirts that draw attention away from your tummy. oh and p.s. inner thighs SUCK, ive tried a million things to get rid of them.. i think the best way to tone is running or jogging. :) peace out ]

I recommend for the stomach to do crunches or situps. Do as many of those as you can. And, for the legs I recommend leg lifts. Basically, you lay on one side propping your head up with your hand and you bring your leg up in the air and back down. I recommend starting out by doing 30 of those for each leg. If that's too easy then definitely do more. 93lbs and being 4'9 isn't bad especially since you have a lot of muscle anyway. Muscle ways a lot but that's good so you have nothing to worry about.
