help me plz! i sweat a lot when ever i am working out. so in team practice it gets a little annoying and embarsing...what do i do?

they have this great stuff out called certain dri..i use it and i'm dry all day! it takes about a week or 2 to completely work but TRUST me it works, it itches a lil when u first put it on but its worth it. ]
Eat foods with less salt. Cut out the caffeine. But some people just naturally sweat more than others. ]
use deodarent and if you do..then mayb you should try like using mor then you usually put on!

wear a ton of deoderant and spray water on your face so other people cant tell what is sweat and what is water ]

you cant help sweating, but maybe u should try sweat bands. you can buy them at claires or h&m. u wear them on your wrist and when you get hot, you wipe your face with them. also, try wearing a black or white tee shirt while working out ( preferably black ) so then you really cant see all the sweat stains. you can even wear black shorts to hide sweat stains on your legs or butt.

Well wat u could do iz get a strong deodrant or put alot on! But if u have tried everything there iz then u miight have 2 see a docter! ]
anti persperant? i think thats how u spell it.. or get strong lasting deodorant ]
well, just try using deoderant even if you still sweat a little it wont smell. also, take a small towel w/ you to practice and whenever you have a chance, use it to wipe off the sweat. i would think w/ deoderant and a towel you should look and smell fine. hope i helped!!! :) ]
Try getting Anti-Persperant(sp).. but who knows you might have a gland problem if its really bad and then theres meds you can take for that.. or you can see a doctor.
