xOchErrytWistOx answered Friday July 23 2004, 7:35 pm: you cant help sweating, but maybe u should try sweat bands. you can buy them at claires or h&m. u wear them on your wrist and when you get hot, you wipe your face with them. also, try wearing a black or white tee shirt while working out ( preferably black ) so then you really cant see all the sweat stains. you can even wear black shorts to hide sweat stains on your legs or butt.
