feeling fat

im 11 and i way 110 puonds. its really hard for me to keep up a normal body wait especially in the summer. all my friends are skinny and ive been really self concious lately. is there any way that i can loose10 or 15 pounds by september??

Just stay busy and eat healthy, as long as you are always moving your boy will continue to burn the fat, but if you sit around alot then fat will build up

well first of you can start to eat healthy and excersize...you can do crunches (yea they really do work) and push-ups for your arms...you can run and go to the gym! also for the eating healthy part, you have to eat! so dont try starving yourself! it DOESNOT work! so im sure you dont need to loose any weight and that you are beautiful and perfect just the way you are but if you want to do this...GOOD LUCK! and tell me if i can help you in any other way!!!

work out n eat right food dont starve yerself like go runnin everymornin if u can but dont work out so after yer just wasted work out to a time where after u just feel GREAT hehe and just start from there

Diet and excersize.. Just eat smaller portions and don't snack in between meals.. eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. But don't eat at any other time.. you can have dessert once in a while but not every day... You need to also excersize.. crunches are good for your abs, do pushups for your arms.. or you can go to a workout room where you can use all of the equipment..

Try to eat healthier foods but if you are craving for some chocolate cake or something like that, you can eat it just don't over do it, because if you don't eat it then you will crave for it more and then you will probably eat more of it then you need to. Try to drink water or juice instead of pop. Also exercise, but don't over exercise. Do a little bit more of everything every week. For your thighs, you can do a step exercise or ride your bike. For your abs, do sit-ups or cruches and do different varies of them. I have no idea what helps your arms or your neck. I have never done them. You have about a month to loose 10-15 pounds and I think that you can do it. Just don't give up! Even if you reach some tough times, don't give up because then you won't reach your goal. And I have faith in you and I know that you can do it. Good luck!!!

ok i think you should start exiersizeing more and i thought i was fat but the only reason i think that is because i have sway back so i do wall squats ad sit ups a push ups and go to the gym and work out and maybe you should eat right

At the age of 11, you really shouldn't go crazy with dieting, but it's definitely a good idea to get healthy. I suggest putting exercise into your life by riding a bike or playing catch when you're bored instead of watching tv. I know that I eat more when I'm bored, so try to keep yourself busy and active. Also, even if you still want to eat junk food, try to take smaller portions of it - don't just let yourself sit on the couch with a bag of chips, put a little bit in a bowl instead. Hope I helped!

Ok it is pretty simple, Just ride your Bike a lot and I heard if you walk 3 miles for a week or month, I think your legs will be better looking so do that and try to stay away from sweets and start running. Drink Lots of water. Every Morning I do 50 Situps and other Ab exercises. Swimming Is also good for you too. Also If you do a lot of sports it will help you too Ok? drink lots and lots of water because water flushes out fat cells!!! also! do a little workout routine 3 times a week and cut back on sugar and carbs!!!

dear feelin,
first of all, who cares what your friends think.
if youre gonna lose weight you'll have to do it
for yourself not anyone else. the quickess way is to eat fruits and vegetables. cut your snackage down a little. get some of those flavored rice cakes.(they aren't that bad). then
you have to exercise reguarlly. but don't over do it. start out at 5 reps of leg lifts 3x's a day, 10 reps of 10 situps 3x's a day. and then go up. also ride your bike and walk alot. but i can't stress enough on not to go overboard. it's better to have a little extra and be healthy and happy than to have a little less and be sick and unhappy. so if you need anything else just ask. hope i helped.

I'm not sure if you'd loose the weight by september but there's this video i work out to and i lost ALOT of weight in 1 month. Its called Palaties. But the usuall sit-ups and crunches and joggin can help with the abs and thighs. for the arms do arm circles back and forth everyday.i really dont know what to say about your neck though.... *good luck*
