???? I really wana loose a quick 10-15 pounds really fast in 4 weeks.. but the bad part is im really picky with foods.. So i dont know what to do or eat.. does ne one have ne advice?! i'd apreciate it soo much!

Ok well if u want to loose weight fast then start a low carb diet and wrk out every night! it wrks for me and ive lost 11 pounds!+in a month so yea i guess it does wrk but you cant cheat you have to be truely commited to wanting to loose weight so GOOD LUCK! ]
Well salads r good for you. but im not sure if u like salads just eat like healthy foods like veggies.And you should run or excercise at leats 15 to 30 minutes a day. stop eating junk food stuff!!

you need to eat healthy and work out.
get a membership and your local gym if you don't have one already (if you're underage, I understand you can still lie fairly easily) and go there often. my school has some exercise equipment, too. If your school has some and you can use it through some summer program, do it!
Make sure you work ALL your muscle groups. That way you'll get toned all over.
Take a yoga class. Or a spinning class. Or any sort of exercise. Maybe even dance?
And walk places. Or run. I have quite a walk down to the bus stop, and sometimes I'll jog a little.
now on the eating . . .
I understand, I'm a picky eater too. If it's healthy, I hate it. -_- Find one veggie or fruit you like, and maybe eat it for a snack, instead of chips. for example, I love bell peppers and celery. Whenever I get hungry, instead of eating cookies, I cut open a bell pepper or gnaw on a celery stick.
There are also some diets you can go on, but I would recommend you TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR about those. My mum occasionally does "The Hollywood Diet" in which she has a glass of a special drink for every meal for a day or two. She loses five or six pounds everytime.
If you don't want to go on a diet or can't find one you're sure is healthy, go online and find some good meals to eat. ]

First, You have to start avoiding greasy and oil foods like french fries and hamburgers.Eat something healthier for dinner or what ever meal it is like chicken or vegetables.Second, If you are ever hungry and you want a snack, eat something like an apple.And last, work out for about a half hour to forty-five minutes a night.Do a lot of crunches, and do alot of walking.If you keep that up you will lose the weight you want in no time.Hope I helped. ]
eat really healthy - no mcdonalds or other fast food restaurants. uhmm not alot of fried food or food cooked in oils. eat more baked food if you want like chicken or somethinq its healthier. fruits + veggiesz. lots of water. dont drink alotta soda (diet isnt healthier just so you know) uhmm.. yeh exercize daily or every other daie .. thats all i have lol good luck on losen them pounds. ]
I would say drink water and tea, no sodas, eat healthy (salads,fruit,ect...), stay away from (pizza,chips,ice cream,ect...), walk 45 min a day. You should lose weight in no time! :-) ]
You should either do exercising or try out for cheerleading ( you lose alot of weight like that )

eat fruit bowl or cereal with banana for breakfast, half a sandwhich for lunch, cut ur normal dinner in half. if u want a snack try yogurt, apple, somethin healthy. the trick is to cut 500 calories from your normal diet. excersise too. good luck ]

exercise 3 times a week n eats lots of salad n drink lots of water! ull lose like 5-15 lbs in about 1-2 weeks cuz ur body is flushin out all of its excess waters...hope this helps! ]
Go to your doctor and get a food chart and follow it. Thass what I do. It's fun. Eat salad whenever you get a chance. ]
well drink lots of water and eat some vegtables cut down on junk foods and sodas if you eat or drink those and cut down on meal sizes and do excerise. do cardio like walking and running or swimming and others too like lifting weights or something hope i helped some. ]
