FLEWXIBILITY AND STRENGTH. Back walkovers take A LOT of practice. The correct way to do a back walkover would be to stick one leg in the air 90 degrees, go back into a bridge, kick over, and land in a scale. You shouldn't do it without a mat, and stretch out your wrists becuse you can break them if you dont. Stretch for about 15 minutes, anything else you want to learn, e-mail me (Lil_Cheer_Gymnast09@yahoo.com), or leave in my inbox! I really seriosly think you should have a coach for safety reasons. I have been in gymnastics for 7 to 8 years, and still get hurt with coaches by my side. But, if you wanna take the risk, GO FOR IT!! Hope I helped! ]
ok get to city sports or dicks or modells and get something called the soccer pal. Its got a booklet and all. And DONT SLACK OFF ON PRACTICING, it'll make you worse.
Maybe the position your playing isn't right for you ]
When you do a back walk over u will need a coach at first then u will get used to it and willl be able to do it on your own if u let a coach help u then u can learn on ur own

ok well i do both and i taught myself gymnastics b4 i actual started to compete but then had to quit cause i had soccer evryday cause of all my teams .. but first u need to learn how to do a backbend .. u have to be able to get down and up b4 nething try laying on the ground nd pusing up then after a while of getting flexible try to stand up and once u can .. u should b able to go down nd upp w.o a problem .. then after u learn that u should try and do some handstands evryday and learn to balance .. once u have to 2 u go into a handstand and send one foot after another ..its simple if u can do a backbend

You can start by working on bridges to see how much flexibility you have on your back // become more flexible, and then you can work on doing backbends [[ try them walking your hands down the wall ]], and then just start to kick over. Try having a friend spot you or using some mats, just so you don't get hurt [[ i know, it's unlikely that you will, but it could happen ]]

You could go to askjeeves.com and he has a page on this sports page about tips and lil help things-trix ]
you could do back bends and stuff. make sure you are able to do a backbend from standing position, (if you can't then just stretch until you can) then make sure you can do at least 15 push ups for arm strength. It might also help if you do handsprings and stuff.

Just practice doing back bends sooner or later you'll get it ]

Gymnastics is a whole lot of fun.. and soccor def. gives you the abilitly with endurance and flexibility.. *Back arch.. lay on your back and put your hands over your head and bend them so your elbows are facing the ceiling.. push up and you should be in a back arch.. This leads to a backwalk over.. when your in the back arch try kicking off your most powerful leg and lift the one leg up.. you should flip head over heals and land up.. keep your arms locked the entire time.. not to tight that they can hurt.. bend a little but not too much that youll land on your face.. *Aerial.. A cartwheel with no hands.. if you know how to do a cartwheel an aerial is pretty easy.. Start practicing running cart wheels and give a little lunge when you go into it .. start doing one handed cartwheels and eventually you can start doing aerials if you get enough power.. if u need anymore tips u can ask me on my site [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Good luck be safe and careful!
