How old are you and they really don't work that good there acctually bad for you!! but umm try Hydroxycut?? if your 18 or older..<3 Kay The Atkins diet and the South Beach Diet are good you should try one the Atkins turned out better for me than South Beach and for the people that say its bad for you just think of it as "AT LEAST IM EATING!!!"

storageanddisposal answered Sunday July 11 2004, 4:04 pm:
It's difficult to tell which diet pills will help you lose weight because weight-loss is partially in the mind. If people believe a pill will help them lose weight, then they may become convinced that they are when they are not. Several diet pills out there are dredfully unhealthy to take, so I wouldn't advise taking any of them. The healthiest way is to diet and exercize. It may take longer than riskier methods, but it's the safest.

Diet pills will make you lose weight, but if you take them without exorcising you will lose muscle before losing fat, they say plainly that by taking them and exorcising you will see the proper outcome, and Only then. If your muscle tissue is taken your metabolism will slow down, even with the pills, and you'll gain fat more quickly. Yes, they work, but you Must maintain activity, and you must realize how dangerous they are if not properly used.

Most diet pills are just sold as a way to make money... The best way to lose weight is watch what you eat and do lots of exercise

generally, they don't work. Many of the ones you see advertised on-line are being pawned by con-artists and scammers.
