ok a good diet is eating three healthy meals a day. Dont skip a meal eat all three meals and avoid going back for seconds. also drink as much water as you can. junk food you can have but just remember the more you have the less affective the diet is going to be. you may also want to look into a cardiovascular exercise pick one you enjoy, just as long as it keeps the heart rate up. hope i could help

The best way to diet is to eat healthier food and smaller portions. Don't deprive yourself from food you like, though, eat it in moderation. Don't go low-carb or slimfast or anything like that, because it will help you lose weight, but you wont be able to keep it off once you go back to the regular food you eat.

Well if your having problems in figuring out how to go on a diet I think you should consult with your doctor. Your doctor should be able to help you go about on a diet.

ok well first make sure u r overweight so u have a reason to go on a diet. be careful..iv had eating disorders they r not fun. ne way on a diet u r supposed to cut 500 calories from your normal diet. dont have dessert if u do..have like a normal breakfast and dinner but for lunch have half a turkey sandwhich or something lik that. no dessert., if u have snacks make sure they r healthy. if u have time exersise for like a half hour a day or something. just eat healthy, exersise and watch yourself. even ask your doctor for an eating plan. whatever u do, dont take the diet too far. good luck! :)

ClurBur answered Sunday July 11 2004, 2:46 pm:
Well firstly try and slow diet dont automatically go on a big diet! It takes up to 6 weeks for any weight loss to show up so i suggest just trying light exercise and healthy foods including your advised 4/5 fruit/veg a day .. plenty of water and a glass of milk! As you get into your diet when you start losing weight increase the amount you exercise! Good luck :)

um...i think that u should just cut down on the jusnk food.diets aren't exactely the best way to do it. cutting down on different foods (besides junk food) could put u in bad health positions. and diet pills could too. just cut down on the junky/fatty foods, and increase how much u dont eat each day.

if you stick with it,it should work, good luck!

and rate me plz!

Limit yourself to what you eat, count your carbs and calories and dont have too many a day, go by the serving sizes on whatever you eat or drink... that will get you started... My mom went on a diet and limited herself to 1 snack a month or something like that, and she drank diet sodas and such, she lost about 30lbs. in a month
