Your beautiful no matter what. I have been through the same thing you have. You should tel your parents but if you are to scared to, try to have your best friend watch over you. Your parents might go to far but your best friend will understand. Think about the good things and I hope you get better.

It's NOT your fault, and your parents are probably going to be happy that you told them and you want to get help instead of waiting until something terrible happens and .. yeah. So, it's going to be ackward, but you need to just sit down with them and say it straight out. If you need support, see if your friend'll come over and you can do it then. Good luck with everything! :o)

You really need to talk to your parents. Tell them over dinner or when you feel that you are ready to tell them. Otherwise, if you feel uncomfortable telling them, ask your friend to tell them to. Whatever disorder you have, tell them right away so you can be cured. Please tell them soon!

It's not your fault and they WILL NOT yell at you. Keep that in mind.

Just sit them down and tell them. Or, if that makes you really nervous, just tell one (say, your mum) and she'll tell your dad.

Just tell them i had to tell my mom and it made things so much better they wont yell at you because they arent going to yell at you when you have something wrong with you... would you yell at your daughter or son if they told you? you would be more sad then mad.. so just put yourself in that place-trix

Hi hun,
well, you could just lay the question down to them, the cold hard truth. They arn't goin to punish you, they'd get you help, so the sooner you tell them, the faster you can be healthy again. Approach your parents and say somthing like:
i have an eating disorder, it's messing up my life and i need help, can u help me? your parents are there to take care of you, not criticze or blame you for what has happened.

The thing to do is to sit them down and tell them straight out. They will take you to a doctor and usally everything goes well. The thing to do is EAT, even if you dont want to. Not eating isnt healthy, and for the depressed thing you need to think happy and good thoughts. Hope i helped.
