SOOO EMBARASSING....
Im sorry this is gross but I really dont get how to put a tampon in...i keep trying but i cant do it....what is wrong with me?

If it hurts when u try to put one in... Stop! that means something isnt rite and ur doing it wrong. On every box of Tampons they give directions. Follow them it mite help. and If not i kno this sounds weird but ask ur mom. im sure she would be glad to help. *Jennifer*

The instructions r on da box. Read them carefully once through and then read them again nd follow them as u read them.

okay..like not to be rude or anything.. the instructions are in the box. or maybe if you have a bad brand they don't, but Tampax Pearl does, so maybe try them and read the directions. good luck.

dont b ashamed. i have had my period since oct of 2003 and i cant get it all the time. no1 can really tell u how to put one in cus its kinda hard to explain but i can try.
actually it depends on wut kind u have. i use the ones with the cardboard cover, i think tampax. u have to find the right hole. there is the one u pee out of, the one for ur tampon, and ur butthole. if u can feel the tampon when u put it in u r doing it wrong and if u leave it there it will hurt! trust me, i put one in wrong and was at magic mtn all day..it sucked. um well u push the bottom of the applicator up until u have the tampon all the way in. if ur doing it right u shouldnt even fill it!:)

push the aplicator as far in as you can then push the end of aplicator so the tampon goes in deep (this might hurt a tiny bit..but it feels good after you pull the aplicator out). If you do this then your crotch won't hurt from the tampon being in you

Well first off it's not gross 'cause it happens to us all :) first time for me was horrid, lol but yes there should be an instruction page which will show you, it's usually pretty easy to follow and always remember to push it towards your back good luck

Alrighty. Well don't worry. The first time is really weird. Inside the package there should be a piece of paper and on it is the instructions on how to insert it. If not, ask your mom how because she may know how. Good Luck!!
