ok im 13 8th grade 130lbs and feel weigh to over weight i want to look like a modle and im not doing this for the man of my dreams im doing this to look good. im pretty and got all the right looks but i feel to fat andi want to look good in a bikini aslo i want the man of my dreams to go woah!! when he sees me even thouhg he already thibnks that about me but he likes girlss like paris hilton and i kinda want her figure and everyones gonna say dont change you look for him im not im changing it so i feel good around him cuz right now i feel ot fat when im around even though everyone thinks im beautiful and skinny just help me do u think i could get liposection? or soemthing i have tried dieting but i just crave food to much but im trying to cut dwon on the fatining stuff im in a little bit of good shape i play soccer and lift sometimes but help me someone?

Liposuction? Holy shit...the media is corrupting our minds!

Ok, you're 13 and 130 pounds. That is not exactly the end of the world. Are you of average or tall build? Because if you are, that's basically a perfectly fine weight. If you're short (like me!) you could stand to lose a few pounds but nothing so drastic as liposuction. Keyword: FEW.

Soccer is a great sport! Oh and you could try cutting back on candy and chips. Drink H2o.

You are 13! You still have a bunch of growing to do. This is not the time for liposuction. This is the time for exercise and healthy eating habits. Vegetables are your friends. Do not ever change for some guy, and Paris Hilton has nothing better to do than starve herself to death. You may even get taller. I am glad you still feel pretty. Don't let anyone tell you any different.

You may want to see a nutritionist if you are confused as to how to eat healthy. Starving a growing body will really harm yourself in the long run. If you need a snack, try carrots, celery, apples or other easy to snack on food. Stay away from sodas and drink more water.

YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT.

Anyone who tells you that you are is lying. When you tell this to yourself, you are lying. You know that you are beautiful...so be happy with how you are!! Don't be tempted to compare yourself to unfair standards of super thin women like Paris Hilton. Do you know that in Renoir's time models under 150 pounds would be considered to ugly to paint? And that Marilyn Monroe wore a size 12 dress? Beauty standards change over the years. You shouldn't have to conform to them. Remember also that around your age, weight can go up and down as you're growing. I remeber when I was thirteen and I freaked out everytime I gained a pound. And believe me, all that stress is just not worth it. Focus your attention on improving the things about yourself that will matter in the long run, like your confidence, intellegence, and personality.

You said you aren't doing this for the man of your dreams, then you are wanting him to go woah!! So it sounds like you are doing it for him. You didn't say how tall you are, but since you play soccer and everyone says you are beautiful and skinny, it sounds like feeling fat is a false perception. Did you know that dieting can make things worse? Your body decides it is starving, and stops using as many calories, so you gain weight when you stop.

Besides if he like Paris Hilton, he is not worth it.

You are not overweight! not not not not NOT overweight! If you want proof, go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and try to decipher the chart. You are not overweight, I promise!

If it's a matter of looking better in a bikini--- find some exercises to tone your muscles. They don't take much discipline and some of them are even fun..... don't turn to plastic surgery for a problem as minute as this!

i think you should just be yourself and go on a diet only if you want to you don't have to look like a model i want to look like one but i an't so i just have to accept the way i look and i think that when the time is right ill look like i want to

130 pounds? You don't sound very overweight. Definitely not overweight enough for liposuction. If you really want to lose weight, though, excercise and eat healthier. It's tried and true. Yes, it takes work... but how does that old saying go?

Also, please keep in mind that most normal people could never look like models. Your body type likely isn't right for it (but plenty of larger-sized women are gorgeous... Liv Tyler isn't stick-thin, for instance... and then there was Marilyn Monroe)...

Well we have a match! I'm 13,8th grade,and 154 pounds but I think that I look good.You have nothing to be ashamed of.I had to prove to myself that I look good by being more social.I got a new friend and we go out like all the time. When i'm out at the movies or mall i dress comfortable yet cute. Now that that has boosted my confidence I feel cuter I look cuter too)

Eat a lot of healthy foods and try to cut back on sweets. Work out as often as you can to keep in shape too.

just change! just eat less and walking everyday and joggging helps a lot if you do it everyday for an hour or more and it helps if you crave food eat fruit or drink water because water will fill you up and you won't get fat!! also rent a pilates video or buy one because it helps trust me i was alot like you when i was 13 and i was slightly over weight when i was 16 but i'm 17 now and i have lost 40 lbs.!!!

this is coming from a model and trust me being model thin isnt easy ok so what we look good in bikini's trust me i would rather be your size than mine. when istarted i wasnt the size that i should have beed so instead of cutting food out of my life and starving myself to death i sat down and wrote out a list of things that are good for me and how much of that stuff is to much i wrote down when i should have my 3 main meals (breakfast lunch and tea) and didnt skip one of them i cut down on snacks and instead of grabbing a packet of chips a biscute and a glass of coke i would get a apple and a glass of cold water. instead of putting a bottle of soft drink in the fridge fill up a jug of water or fill up a bottle of water and put it in the fridge.



and remember that you are you and you cant change who you are i am glad to hear that you arent changing for a guy though,
