hey ; i'm 14 & i want to lose some weight; i'm about average weight so i'm not like skinnyish but i'm not overweight - i'm "just right." i want to lose a little weight though; nothing too drastic. i just want to drop some weight around my stomach/leg areas. does anybody have any foods i should avoid/eat or any good excercises i could do that don't take up too much time? my scedules pretty packed with sports & dance which i know helps you to lose weight but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. most gyms around where i live don't permit members under 18; but i'm looking into a spinning class. any help is greatly appreciated! <3 =)

i naturally have really oily hair that needs to be washed alot, which is a really big hassle especially now that i'm in school. so i was just wondering if there was any way to keep it from getting oily after a day so i don't have to wash it everyday. i heard baby powder works but i'm not sure. please & thanks :]

I'm usually really good with cravings but willpower is a b*tch sometimes and it's hard.
What's the best way to avoid cravings coming? And if they're inevitable, what's the best way to not give into them?

I have school in exactly 16 days. I want a workout.. I've been slacking in exercising because I run outside (not a lot, but like 2-3 times a week) and its been really rainy and sucky lately, so I didn't wanna go out. If I can't run tomorrow, what are other fun workouts I can do for my arms, thighs, stomach, and butt? also, if this is possible, how can I exercise my calves? and other than that, like what foods should I be eating, how much candy/fatty foods should I eat regularly, and how many times a day, when in a day.. how much water should I drink (Usually I drink about 2-4 glasses a day, unless I'm doing a sport) and etc. by the way I'm a 13 year old girl... and THANKS for helping! =]

Well I hang with a group f 5 including myself. We're all best friends and we always have a ton of fun. One of my friends, let's call her Madi, thinks she is fat. She is not fat! She only has a bigger structure! Big boned, a bigger frame. Some people would like to be like that and she's just convinced that because she is a little bigger, and stronger, she just thinks all that is fat. Is it true that if you're not a very active person, and you do sit ups/crunches, whatever works your abs, and eat a lot of junk foods, the fat that you gain from the junk foods will cover the muscles and make you appear... well chubbier in the stomach area?

Okay So I Am No Way Skinny. Or anything close to it. im under 200 pounds. not sure how much under. probably around 170. ugh i know. so i want to know how much weight would you think i could lose in 9 months? just an estimate.
and what are some ways to do so..
like please give specific excersizes and stuff like that.

im not fat, and by no means think i am.
but i would like to tone up my body (legs [especially thighs] and tummy)
can someone give me a daily workout "routine" or plan that would give me effective results.
also, im a vegetarian, so if you could give me any good low calorie recipes and such, id be reallllly grateful.

so i bought some "booty shorts", tried them on, and realize i have major cottage cheese-ness going on back there. is there anything specific i can do for this or jus cardio exercise? im about to leave for college so a gym will be right there. im pretty athletic, i have been running and can easily run a mile without so much as have a stitch, but my one probleam is i do about 10 minutes of stretching and my left calf still burns like all hell. i have had lower back probleams on that side that i was told might be related to a tight hamstring, could this be the reason for the calf being in pain? and if son should i just stretch it more?

Alright, well I'm not a fat girl..I only weigh 113..but I have one HUGE problem with my body. On my back I have two fat..chunks I guess is how you would say it. Any advice on how I can get that gone?

Ok, I need advice concerning my weight. I'm 15/f and not obese, not even overweight (according to my doctor). Whenever I tell people that I think I'm fat, they give me that "you're not fat, you look just fine" speech. The problem is, I have a lot of body fat. With my clothes on I look pretty normal but a little chubby. Underneath my clothes, which I can see, I have a LOT of fat. It's around my belly, buns, thighs, etc. ESPECIALLY my belly. I've even noticed some on my face lately. I really feel disgusting and I can literally feel the fat hanging on my body. I'm too embarassed to wear bathing suits. I look HORRIBLE in pictures.
