butt & thighs 18/f
so i bought some "booty shorts", tried them on, and realize i have major cottage cheese-ness going on back there. is there anything specific i can do for this or jus cardio exercise? im about to leave for college so a gym will be right there. ANY SUGGESIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED =) thanks so much!

Workouts targeting your butt and thighs will work best. If you google it theres some step by step tutorials. Also they now make skin firming moisterizers that contain collegen and a few other ingredients that after a few weeks makes it appear less visable. And if you put self tanner on it (and the rest of your body casue you dont want to look partailly tan) it will also make it appear less visable. ]
Cardio (running especially) and exercises like sqauts and lunges will take care of that. ]
Lunges really helps with those a lot it tightens you thigh muscles so putting weights on the bottom of you angles. ]
