Hair Straightening.

Question Posted Saturday August 18 2007, 11:33 pm

Okay, I was saposed to be getting my hair straightned before school, but the dressers all booked up so I was thinking of going somewhere else. But I was gunna have my Grandmother pay for it, well i work for her, and complicated but theres no time. But my Mom has time how am I going to convince her to pay 100 dollars? Umm I seriously have really really curly hair and I can straighten it myself but I cant get it wet and its just huge puffy and not pretty.. err. Help me?

okay, you said you work for your grandmother, so why don't you save up your money and ask for your mom to pay for like half of the straightening? and until you have enough money, you can straighten it yourself for school? if this is really what you want to do, then cool, but i have to warn you... it really damages your hair. i mean, really. i had a friend who had her hair chemically straightened and like half of her hair fell out afterwards. seriously, like it broke in half and all of a sudden random hairs on her head were like 3 inches long. so if you do get it done, CONDITION like crazy! use leave-in conditioner (infusium products are the best, basically) and deep condition all the time.

Dont waste your money. You said you can do it yourself then do it. If it doesnt work go to your local drugstore and buy a 7 dollar box for a perm. Run it though your hair and leave it in making sure you comb it through straight. It should stay straight for a few days until your curls spring back into action.

just talk to your mom & really tell her you hate doing your hair yourself and she should understand or you could go to another town and get it preminatly straightend or just get it straightend.. you should think about getting it permintly straightend
