is it true that you cant lose weight in your arms?? if not, does anyone know any specific excercises i can do at home to tone my arms and my legs? if you want direct me to a site. im really desperate and anything helps. thnx in advance =].

do puch ups. start with 10 push ups, then do 9, 8, 7 etc. now i know this sounds crazy, but when you get to 1, GO BACK UP! its very hard the first couple times, but take it slow and after 2, maybe 3 weeks, your arms will be less flabby and more muscle. also, you can try getting a punching bag and just work with it for about 30 minutes a day.

Ok arm time! The best exercise for your arms, 100 per cent fool proof way to tone is to stand about 60 cms from a wall. Put your arms out on the wall and lower yourself up and down. Repeat 3 sets of 15. Can you feel the burning sensation in your upper arm? Good, that means your'e doing it right! For your legs i suggest jumping on a bike and going for a ride for 15 mins, really going hard at it! If you dont have the time simply crank up some music, lie on your back with your legs up in the air and pretend to ride! It works!!! My legs got really tonned from just doing this 3 times a day, once in the morning, after school and before bed for 2 mins. Try these exercises, you will see results. And dont forget, everyones body is beautiful!

No, its not true. You can lose weight in your arms by lifting weights, push-up, chin-ups and any other excercise that work your arms.
