is it true that you cant lose weight in your arms?? if not, does anyone know any specific excercises i can do at home to tone my arms and my legs? if you want direct me to a site. im really desperate and anything helps. thnx in advance =].

Put your arms out on the wall and lower yourself up and down. Repeat 3 sets of 15. Can you feel the burning sensation in your upper arm? Good, that means your'e doing it right! For your legs i suggest jumping on a bike and going for a ride for 15 mins, really going hard at it! If you dont have the time simply crank up some music, lie on your back with your legs up in the air and pretend to ride! It works!!! My legs got really tonned from just doing this 3 times a day, once in the morning, after school and before bed for 2 mins. Try these exercises, you will see results.
