is it true that you cant lose weight in your arms?? if not, does anyone know any specific excercises i can do at home to tone my arms and my legs? if you want direct me to a site. im really desperate and anything helps. thnx in advance =].

do puch ups. start with 10 push ups, then do 9, 8, 7 etc. now i know this sounds crazy, but when you get to 1, GO BACK UP! its very hard the first couple times, but take it slow and after 2, maybe 3 weeks, your arms will be less flabby and more muscle. also, you can try getting a punching bag and just work with it for about 30 minutes a day. ]
