Thoughts of someone/intense pain inside

I'm not sure is this the right category but I'm pretty sure it is. I don't know is this normal, but I get this intense sharp pain, when I see, talk think or even IM my ex ex bf. It's weird like my chest/heart aches so bad, I have to grab it quickly every time. No matter if its good thoughts or bad it happens. Example; Last week, I was just on webcam with him, and I had to leave, suddenly, this intense pain shot through me in my chest. Sometimes when I even think of him, my chest aches so bad, its so unbearable, when I think of bad thoughts between us, it hurts so bad, but even if good times, I'm still getting it. My friend told me, it's because i can't let go of him, and that my body/mind's telling me we need to get back. Even so, I don't ...

My girlfriend only likes to have sex once a week. I dont have a problem with that but sometimes id like to do it more than just once a week. Is it wrong of me to want it more, or is it a problem with me in bed? I dont know how to convince her to do it more.

yeah i know this is asked loads of times anyway: we went to school with each other then i left. i Knew she kinda liked me because her friends told me. Lately my boyfriend has been really busy, which is a huge 360, because I was always the busy one. Now, I'M the one who has nothing to do and always wants to hang out, but he's always working.
Then, when he has a day off, he'll call me and we make plans, but when that day finally comes, he's sleeping in. I understand he's tired, but I'm tired too. I'm tired of the false promises he's making me and I can only put up with so much.

Hi...let me just start out by saying im a 16/male...I guess ill just go ahead and start babbling now...
I decided, until recently, to be out of the dating game. Recently I've been going out with a girl that I'm absolutely crazy for and she's my first serious girl. I'm very glad that we're going out, but she's had boyfriends before me. I guess what I'm really getting at is that she's kissed before, and I of course, having not been dating, have not. We had our first kiss already but I don't know whether or not I did a very good job. I'm pretty sure it was decent, but of course I wouldn't know. Me and this guy like flirt non stop haha, Lets call him Jim. I mean, you can obviously Tell we have a thing. And everyone can see it. Both of us Are just too Afriad to Tell eachother. Okay, everyone who knows my boyfriend knows that he's IN LOVE with me.
He' 16, I'm 14.
He's been through a lot and is mature enough to know the difference between lust, like, love, and being in love.
He's liked and loved...but I'm the first he's been in love with and, ask ANY ONE, I'm the only and first girl he's ever cried over.
That's not normal for him.

So heres the story i like this guy and he's completly amazing.[[thats the only way to decribe him]] but my problem or shall i say problems are one of my realli good friends likes him to, only she talks about him like she only wants him like in a sexual way. okay well me and this kid Frank have become VERY close during school. and i mean we pretty much have a little "thing" but we are both scared to admit our feelings to eachother. but you can tell its pretty obvious. anyways, im afraid that when summer starts we are NEVER going to talk to eachother. cause the only time i talk to him is ONLY in school, never out of school.
