how can i convert an itunes file (i recorded a song i wrote onto GarageBand on my Mac, and then put it on iTunes) to mp3 so i can upload it to Purevolume?

Ten Year Highschool Reunion

My Tenth year highschool reunion is coming up next year and I'm really nervous about it.
This is because me and a guy that I had a mad crush on left on really bad terms.
He was the most popular guy in school, class valedictorian and jock. I was one of the nerds. He new I had a crush on him and he treated me like dirt. He would make out with his girlfriend when I would walk by him in the hallways to upset me. He would play little games to humiliate me, like coming up to his friend whose locker was next to mine just to see me go red in the face.
He even went right up to my friend at the senior prom to hit on her while she was standing next to me and then he ignored me.

Ok there is this boy in school and in the begining of the year we talked not alot but enough...so then one day he told me that i was pretty so i figured he liked me..(he didnt really just go over to me and say ur pretty but there is a hole long story but you dont need to kno it to help me)...so then after that happend he kinda just stopped talkin to me and we never really talk much...so does he like me or not??

What does winking mean?

I have a question about guys who wink.
When a guy winks at you, does it mean he likes you as more than a friend.?
The reason I ask is because I got winked at by a guy and then I later found out he is married.
I've also been winked at in different ways. Some guys wink really fast and smile in front of others, and other guys wink at me really slow when no one else is looking.
I've been winked at since I was about 13 and now I"m 27. I'm really curious what it means.

this is a little confusing sorry if it's long.. well okay this year i started liking this guy named Ron. does anyone know the name of the song and who sings it that plays at the end of coach carter, like when they are showing what college they went to and stuff? it goes something like: 'take this music and use it, let it blow you away'.. something like that.. i may have gotten it backwards or even wrong.. but i know it goes something like that! could someone help me?

can someone help me think of a good screen name for boys? i like something like spitfire or american idiot, but other people already have those. i have brown hair and brown eyes and i like soccer. i dont want a screen name thats too kidish or anything i just want one that cool that a teenager would like.

Stabbing pains.

It's probably likely that none of you have a medical degree and thus cannot really answer my question and be 100% correct. Unless ofcourse you have this problem too.
I don't know if it's normal or not to have random stabbing pains. I get them in my side and in my back. I've asked my friends if they have random occurences like that, they said no.
It's not my appendix(the symptoms don't add up) and I don't have my gallbladder anymore. I'm just curious I suppose to see if any of you share these random spurts of pain and if you've had them checked out.
Note - I'm not going to a doctor(now at least) becuase I don't have insurance, or a job at the moment.

i grew my hair out to my shoulders(that is the longest ive ever had it) and i got my hair cut REALLY short. so today at school the popular girls keep looking at me then laugh. I just feel really weird...please help!!

sry about the length but i need help!
ok well my mom and dad are divorced and my dad lives in west virginia and i go see him every other weekend..and i HATE going down there with a passion!
my dad is a very mean person, he cam be obusive at times but not towards me.. towards his ex-wife whcih are now just boyfriend girlfriend. well last weekend i did not want to go and alot happend he said something horrible.
my gram died a little over a year ago and him and my mom were fighting and he said "why dont you go die like ur mother did" and i flipped i dont thinik i've ever cried so much in my life.
well my mom says that i have to go one more time until she can get an attorney...

My pain in the butt mother

My fiance and I live together with our two children. We have decided to live in a small apartment for now while we are saving for a house. My mother had to move out of her house because of financial hardships about 2 years ago. When she moved, she told me that she would be going between my apartment and her boyfriends apartment until she got her own place. She now has her own place and she is still here. She sleeps on the sofa all the time. My stepmother keeps my kids a lot to give me and their father a break and she still stays here. What should I do?

Dungeons and Dragons

Anyone who calls me a nerd, dork, geek, etc. will geta one. Anyone who is a smartass about this will get a one.
I like to play DnD, right, and I have the DM Guide, the Monster Manual, and the Player's Handbook. Last month, I considered starting a DnD group. But that idea sort of died down. Well, a few days ago I picked up the Unearthed Arcana book, and I realized what all I could do if I was DMing a campaign. So now I've been asking my parents about it again, and they say once a month---at most. Also, they reccomend that we do one all-afternoon thing to see how they like it, what they want more of, what they like, etc. So I need to know how long each session should be and stuff like that.
