Grounded..Dreams.

Hey..
I just lost my friend to a shooting incident and lately I've been having dreams about her.. like really horrible dreams.
like the other night i had a dream that we were just hanging out and then all of a sudden she pulled out a gun and shot herself in the head.. is there any way to stop haiving these dreams?
also..my mom woke me up after one of the dreams and i starting cursing at her. i didnt mean to i was really upset..and im grounded for a month. i dont like i should be grounded that long. do you agree? should i say something to her about it?

well theres this dance like Thursday, and I'm going. I have a boyfriend who is one year younger than me if you care. Anyways, if he asks me to dance, i know I'm going to be nervous.
this may be odd, but can someone explain to me how exactly to slow dance.
Like should i put my hands on his shoulders?

Foot Odor

Okay so my feet smell terribly bad...well...actually its my shoes (birkenstocks...how ever they are spelled)...i wash them out but within a week they have gunk back in them and smell disgusting...its the only pair of shoes i have for now and the smell is embarrasing...is there anyway to keep this from happening because i absolutely dread washing them...

im in choir at school and on the announcements they said that everyone in choir had to go down to the choir room. so we did. and we found out that our choir teacher is leaving after the end of this year to go get her masters and conduct colleges! she was crying when she said it and we all cried too. she is the absolute best teacher. shes so understanding and we all love her. she is more than just a teacher
how can we show her how much she means to us and show her that well miss her SO much?? DONT say stuff like having everyone sign a card or buying flowers. thank you!

track and field

I'm doing track and field. Yesterday was the first day. I'm not much of a runner, I do the field events, but yesterday all we did was run. Now my thighs are killing me. I have track again tomorrow and we're going to run the 100 meter most of the time. How can I stop my legs from hurting? How can I prevent them from hurting?

well i just started dateing this guy today ( tuesday ) and i met him last tuesday i think...anyway we dont really know much about each other but all i know is that i really like him and i guess he likes me because he asked me out..well since i dont really know much about him should we not go out?? and like 10 minutes after we left each other i felt like since i got what i wanted ( him really badly ) then i dont want him as much anymore...its like a game with me i guess.i dont know but it happens all the time.my friends think its because i want what i cant have and i guess thas kinda true..i mean i still like him but not as much anymore.what should i do?? ill rate high for any good answers

My best guy friend likes me. It's obvious, everyone knows it. The problem is I'm not sure what to say if he asks me out. I don't like him, yet at times I feel as though I do. He is a funny person, not the best looking, but looks don't matter a lot to me. At the same time it would be odd going out with him. What do I do?

okay. well on Sunday i had sex with this guy named Mike.. and the condom ripped.. he said hes positive that none of it got in me and that he pulled it out in time, but my period was supposed to be on the 20th and write now its the 21st.. and im really paranoid. I have absolutely no one to talk to that could understand, and my parents would KILL me.. like they both believe that its wrong to have premarital sex , and i did too.. but i made a huge mistake and im so confused.. and i was just wondering like i know this is a little messed up, but if i had a miscarrage within the first week or so of being pregnant, would the baby still have to be taken out or anything? please help, because im so scared.

i went out with this guy named alex two years ago. we went out for 3 months. the next year we were getting closer as friends and i had always liked him since we broke up. we are closer then ever now and i can tell him anything, hes even closer to me then any of my girl friends. so now hes going out with one of my friends, they have been going out for like 6 months. so a few weeks ago alex had told me that he really did still love me and that he wanted to go out with me. well katie ( his girlfriend ) is a little, how can i put this, controlling and she said that they we not going to break up now matter how alex felt. and alex is like the nice guy who hates to hurt peoples feelings and so he finally got the courage to break up with her. well ...

my friends have been bugging me about how i have been taking 6 - 8 advils a day. they think i have really bad headaches because i tell them that. but sometimes i take them just for the heck of it.. my friends think that one day i will o.d. but i told them i wont. i also said i stopped taking them, but i havent.. i just dont want them to worry.. do you think im addicted? i dont, but i was wondering what you all think.

k theres this kid at my school..and he and my(realy good) friend just broke up and ever since then as a joke me and my friend and this other girl will go down the hall and when ever we see hiom we'll say "homo" and so yesterday he goes...so do u really think that about me, nad i tried to play stupid and do "think what" and hes like you know what and so yah we talked some more and i changed the topic and he still wants to know what i really think about him...but see the truth is i kinda sorta ((like just a lil)) like this kid and even tho i wanna talk my self out of it i cant..and so now i dont know what to tell him cuz i dont wanna tell him i like him but i dont wanna lie to him either....please HELP

okay well i have a dell computer,and im trying to find the thing where you type something and the computer like speaks what you typed ? if you know what i mean.My friend said to go onto control panel and something will come up like "speech" or "speak" but i cant seem to find it,does someone know what im talking about and can help me find it like give me directions on where to go? thank you!
