Speech Thingy.

okay well i have a dell computer,and im trying to find the thing where you type something and the computer like speaks what you typed ? if you know what i mean.My friend said to go onto control panel and something will come up like "speech" or "speak" but i cant seem to find it,does someone know what im talking about and can help me find it like give me directions on where to go? thank you!

Hopefully you have Windows XP...but it should be the same for both

Start
Control Pannel
Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices
Speech

Then you can type in the things and change the voice. Hope that helped - it really is a lot of fun.
