fat smash diet.

on celebrity they have the fat smash diet, and its supposed to work really well.
you have to pay money to get it on the website so i was wondering if anyone knows all about it, like everydetail, or theres a book i could buy at like barnes and noble?

running most days

so i run mostly everyday for about an hour ..about 5 times a week. but during the days that i dont run, its like im getting fatter.. literally. like i feel my stomach got bigger and that is the area where im trying to target.. so does that mean i have to go running everyday so my stomach doesnt get any bigger? thanks for any help

I have a bestfriend her name is Cassie. Shes so perfect. Shes pretty,skinny. Alll guys want her. When im with her i feel really fat =/. im 13 and i weigh about 145? People tell me i dont look it at all. but i think i do. Especially when im with her. And walking down the hall ways in school with her. Guys go crazy. calling her name and winking and stuff. then theres me like. ugh. What can i do to to stop my jelousyy?.

Ok so, I'm not really that fat, like, guys say I have a nice butt, but like, I have some squish on my tummy, and it's kinda alot. What are some kinda fast ways I can get rid of it, without like, losing anything on my butt or thighs? I've tried sit ups and crunches, but for some reason they aren't working. Maybe I'm not doing enough, but I dunno. Thanks!

Lose the belly

Ok well i want to get like a flat stomach, but what do i do? like i have PE and we run the mile like almost everyday and stuff but i need help with outher things, like what should i do at home and what excately should i eat?

also i like to make my legs thinner, not with more muscle becasue my legs have alot of that but just thinner becaseu they are like huge.

I'm not really concered with losing weight I just wanna get my stomach flatter and my legs a little thinner, so any help would be apprected.

Cheating Out

I've been working out awhile now, and I hardly eat "junk food" (when I say junk food, I mean like chips, fast food, candy etc.). However, is it really bad if I cheat out and eat ice cream once in a while? Or eat 2 bowls of rice or something like that?

I want to tone up before the summer months hit. Any good ideas?
I also want to lose some weight because I am overweight. Any good diet plans I can do. But I am in school for almost all day. I'm also working put 30 mins a day but I think I need
more excersies.

I'm 5'4, 145 lbs, but mostly muscle and boobs. I really want to lose some weight. I'm running track, so there is my exercise. About how many calories should I take in, and how many laps should I run at track to be burning more calories then what I;m taking in. THANKS!

M'kay well...
I'm 13 and I'm going into High School next year
I'm about 194 lbs
But I don't look it!
To me I like like 150 lbs
But anyway...I wanna be thin.
I want a flat stomach because I'm tired of loosing every guy I like to 'skinny girls'
Not to be mean to thin girls
Hell my best friend is thin
But thats off topic
My Mom wants me to go on diet pills.
But I'm stubborn and say 'no'
I try to eat right
But I just cant help but eat my snack foods
Can you someone please list some way I can get thin by September of 2008?
I don't wanna go into High School fat and have people make fun of me.....

Im finding it hard to stop snacking and loose weight

Hi, well i have this really bad habit of eating loads of food when not needed and i cant get out of it, i find it incredibly hard. I am not exactly fat but i am gaining quite a bit of weight now pretty much everywhere and i have love handles which i HATE so much!! I cant go to a gym yet because im not 16 and i dont like running on my own and my friend who i usually run with is so annoying and never does it anymore. Its just so fustrating i dont know how to control my eating habits and how to exercise and how long to do it for any advice would be great thanks =] x

i want to lose alot of weight. i have pretty big boobs AND I HATE THEM. people have said i dont need to but i want to. and if i lose weight could i possible make my boobs smaller. im 5'2 and im 16. I dont want to be skinny with big boobs. and how could i lose weight fast?? Thanks in advance. =]

i'm trying to lose 25 lbs in 10 weeks.
which means i have to lose about 2.5 pounds a week.
my softball season has just started and i'll be having practice 3-4 times week. we usually do about 15-20 minutes of running, total, each practice if not more.
i have a membership to the YMCA and i was thinking of going there once or twice a week to swim laps and jog.
i do have a treadmill, but i go to a specialized high school where all of the classes are honors classes, most college level. so i would only be able to run on weekends.

is this enough exercise? and what should i do to get a flatter tummy/more toned thighs? i know my diet would have to change too; what are some suggestions for that? i...

First , i dont want any [ stupid ] answers , no one word answer because this requiers more. I dont want anyone answering on what they " heard " i want someone who has done this and KN0WS it CAN be done =) Thanks.

Well my body is average , im not fat , not lazy im athletic , do cheerleadering and soccer.

- I want to get in good [ body looking ] shape before summer , i mean im really determined. My boyfriend has a good body and i dont want him to show me up and i want to look better and feel better about my self.

I have little pudge in the front [ everyone does im guessing ] but i want ABS and i know i might now get the EXACT wway i want to but i want something better than what im work...

ok so i have a relatively thin build, I really don't have much fat at all execpt for my stomach. And I'm not like one of those skinny girls that complain that their fat. My stomach is really gross, I always have fat hanging over my pants, I also have alot of fat in my oblique area which is kinda gross too. The worse part is that because of my petit build, my fat stomach is even more obvious and unporportional.

If anyone as any ideas of how I can get abs quickly, or any good websites I would really appreciate it

What kind of food should eat?
Or what kind of diet should I be on?

ALSO: alot of times when I do cruches and stuff, my back hurts me too much and I have to stop...

Stretch Marks/Self Confidence

Okay, I'm not fat, I know I'm not, I may have a little more meat on my bones than the typical person but I'm NOT fat.
The thing is, I have stretch marks between my legs, a LOT of them, my mom says its from where I was a cheerleader, I think otherwise, they go down my legs about 4 inches. & swimsuit seasons coming up, ofcourse, like everyother girl I LOVE bikinis, but this year im not getting on. I'd much rather have a camo one, but I dont want the bottom, I just want a pair of camo swimming trunks, what should I do.
I feel so stupid wanting trunks, but I am so self concious, is there any way to make the stretch marks go away? fade? i really need help.
