No. They only work for about 1-2 weeks and then the weight slowly starts to come back. No patch, pill, or cream will ever work. The only way to truly lose weight effectively and permanently is by diet and exercise. I'm not saying that you have to go to the gym for 3 hours, but just lessening your portions when you eat and taking a 30 minute light jog/walk every day and keeping that routine consistent will help you lose weight.

Depends on your age, but if your younger then 18, things like that can make you sick. Most doctors always disaprove of things like that.
