Hi, well i have this really bad habit of eating loads of food when not needed and i cant get out of it, i find it incredibly hard. I am not exactly fat but i am gaining quite a bit of weight now pretty much everywhere and i have love handles which i HATE so much!! I cant go to a gym yet because im not 16 and i dont like running on my own and my friend who i usually run with is so annoying and never does it anymore. Its just so fustrating i dont know how to control my eating habits and how to exercise and how long to do it for any advice would be great thanks =] x

Uhmm well i know exactly how you feel i sort of had the same problem but found a solution. It doesnt really matter how much you eat actually eating alot is good because it doesnt slow up your metabolism. =] The thing is how do you plan on excersising the calories. In order to loose weight you have to excersise more calories than the amout your taking in daily. I suggest you eat things that dont have many calories. Like fruits? and stuff. Also about your friend not going to run with you, i think you should find someone who is overweight and wants to something about it im sure they would do it with you. Maybe your friend slacks on the running because she feels good about her body? but yeah hope i helped =] if anything other problems, you can always contact me. =D [ dATSEXiiMAMii4U's advice column | Ask dATSEXiiMAMii4U A Question ]

Try not to eat after nine o clock. and then make it 8 o clock and then 7 o clock. and then stop there. Try to go for a run and jog no matter hoe much you dont want to. or you can even buy excersize tapes! Hope this Helps! [ AskEssy's advice column | Ask AskEssy A Question ]

The first thing I'd advise you do is snack on HEALTHY foods instead. Aim for fruits, vegetables, or health snacks. Start drinking water instead of soda and cut all the junk foods out.
However.. did you know, it's better to eat five smaller meals a day instead of three big meals?? Take that into consideration.
Doing 20-30 min of cardio, 3-5 times per week will burn your fat. There are all kinds of DVDs you can get from Target, Meijer, etc (salsa, dance, kickboxing, pilates, yoga are all great). I find running for long periods of time very boring, which is why I love aerobics.
