Ok so, I'm not really that fat, like, guys say I have a nice butt, but like, I have some squish on my tummy, and it's kinda alot. What are some kinda fast ways I can get rid of it, without like, losing anything on my butt or thighs? I've tried sit ups and crunches, but for some reason they aren't working. Maybe I'm not doing enough, but I dunno. Thanks!
what you need to do is start a cardio routine of 30 min a day if you're serious AND work on your abs. and i'm not talking 20 or 30 crunches at one time.
i mean mind blowing "OMFG!" hard core ab strengthening. this can be achieved through muscle confusion. muscle confusion is a technique that forces muscles to work in different ways, making certain workouts seem ultimately impossible.
also work on your abs every OTHER day. other wize doing to hard of a work out one day, and an even harder workout the next day will force your body to cannibalize the muscle you worked oh so hard building the day before.

You're going to have to burn off that layer of fat on your stomach by doing aerobics or such. You can do standing curl ups and the like.
Stand with your legs hip width apart, have arms folded up with your hands by your ears...like in a crunch position except standing. Bring your right leg up, bending at the knees, to your chest and bring your left elbow to meet your knee. Do 8 slow ones and 8 fast ones. Repeat with the other side.
