How to get rid of the fish smell?

I wash myself "down there" twice a day, the same times I wash my face and brush my teeth in the morning and at night. I make sure that I've dried myself completely, and everything. I don't understand how I could have this smell even though I clean myself twice a day. It makes me very self - conscious and I get nervous that others can smell it. There are certain stretches and things in gym at school that I can't do because of it. Someone please help me.
Any suggestions?

Hello everyone, i'm 19 and i've been with my boyfriend for about a year and 7 months straight, haven't broke up once. Well i've been taking birth control for about 2 years never had problems. This last month I started my period on Aug 14- the 19. What was weird was that period was about a month and 4 days late. This time I was suppose to have my period on the 14. I would like to know, how to commit suicide without anyone knowing, seeing, hearing or finding me.
I hate my mum, due to her drama causing idiocy.
My SO CALLED mother, sent a text message to my aunty, saying that the aunty I'm living with, was starving me, while I was on weight watchers, and lost 12.2 kg in 4 weeks.
My mother ruined my happiness by saying that she/it thaught that my aunty was starving me, but really, I was (and still am) eating healthily, and enjoying it.

How can I get bright red highlights in my hair by doing it myself?
I tried the foil method for dying my hair and that didn't do good. Then tried the highlighting cap, but you can barely even see the highlights, it's light red. I wan't the highlights to be really red . the color I bought is really red but the Highlights didn't turn out the way I wanted. I left the dye in for 20 minutes like it said. How do I get really red highlights?
