f15 5'5&1/2 and 162pounds
at first i wanted to loose all my fat but whats the point of just being skinny, i wanna be strong and curvy!! right now my bmi is in the over weight range and i asume it will go up if i get ripped. but id like to have a low fat percentage and a high mass of muscle.
i need help in these areas:
-diet, and sticking to it.
- motivation
-best cardio (i hate the elliptical)
- best machine to use at the gym to build
-workouts that will help with multiple areas
-what to bring to the gym?
also my main points of interest in building are my butt, thighs, abbs, back and shoulders in that order, then all the other stuff. but those are the most im...

I would just like to know a few things!
I am not fat and I'm not sure what I weigh. I refuse to buy scales as I'm afraid I'll become obsessed with them. I believe I'd weigh around 48-55kg and I am 5'1.
For some reason weight has ALWAYS worried me, I get so depressed about it, some days I don't want to leave the house. I hate taking showers, wearing tight clothes and getting dressed as I have to see my body.
I am actually only 15 years old but I don't want to be this way anymore, I don't understand why I worry this much. When I was 13 years old I dieted and lost a fair bit of weight. I'm not sure why I stopped dieting but it was then when I received attention from boys, people stopped teasing me calling me chubby and ...

14/f This summer I want to lose weight as I'm going into 9th grade come September and I've been putting this off for awhile as well as the fact that I've gotten lazy... Ever since seeing how some of my friends have lost weight I feel so fat and heavy compared to them..Its made me kinda depressed actually.. I'm about 5"7 and about 140 lbs... I've got 10-15lbs of stomach fat as well as side fat and a lot of back fat that I want to get rid of but I don't know how... I'm very healthy and I watch what I eat but what exercises can I do without weights to be happy and healthy??

I weigh 140lbs, I am 18 years old and i am 5'2 ft. I exercise almost everyday with atleast 30 min of cardio but no matter what I do I dont seem to loose weight. I want to know if doing Insanity will help me since I need to burn 20 lbs. My waist is 26 in. I want to know based on my weight and height and if I follow a good nutrition plan how many lbs will I be able to burn when in 2 months. will I reach my goal?

From the 1st of July, I'm getting a pass to a gym. Fortunately for me, this gym is 5 minutes from my apartment and it means that I'm hoping to go work out every other day.
Ideally, I need to lose at least 20kgs, but I am not in a rush to do so (as in I don't want to starve or over-work myself)
I'm already eating better - mostly veggies, giving up sugary drinks. But my problem is, how can I motivate myself to go work out every other day and how long can I expect it to be, before I see results?
It might sound pathetic, but I only really reach a motivational state where I see a physical change in my body as well as feeling better and more refreshed - what can I do meanwhile that will motivate me to ...

Hi I am a 14 year old girl. I have a high metabolism so I weigh 103 lbs and I already have a flat stomach and my arms are in pretty good shape so I'm not so much worried about that but I have, I think it's called "cellulite" on my thighs and it gets on my nerves. I would like to get rid of most of it before I go to the water park next month....how could I get rid of "cellulite" before then?

I want to reduce my weight in 8 or 12 months. now my weight is 73 kg and my height 5'2. i think my ideal weight is 50-60 kg. so i have to reduce 20 kg. i decided to do stationary biking for 1 hr and walking for 1/2 hr. i love cycling, how long should i do that to reduce that much weight. will stationary bike really help me in this? please help me..

I always get bullied for being one f the "fat" girls. And i just don't know how to make them stop. I have starved myself for 3 days and i only lost 6 pounds. I am just sick of this, Everyday i know there is going to be a person who is going to be calling me fat or fatty. I have stayed home for like a week in a half (in total) Just because i didn't want to go to school. But now i am being forced to go because i got a letter from my school saying that if i miss one more day then i will go to Juvenal court. So now every day i have no choice but to go though hell for 8 hours.
So can someone help me and tell me what i can do to loose some weight?

Do you have any tips you can give me? At the moment I walk around 7km maybe a little more but want to start jogging. When I was younger I walked around the same distance and started jogging by doing it a bit at a time i.e. I would job to a street sign then walk then when I could jog to another land mark. Doing this twice a day over time enabled me to jog at least 40% of the route I took which is something I would like to do again. IS that the best way to achieve my goal? Is there something else I can do to improve? Id love to be able to jog the entire route which is around 7km or more. Is it ok to walk/jog that far twice in one day? In the morning and at night; or is that too much?

I'm struggling to find things to do that I enjoy doing that also require a fair amount of effort to do. I figure that I should be doing house work anyway. Maybe I can just do more house work and that will count as exercise? two birds with the one stone sort of thing.

Heey everyone! :) Im 14/f and Im trying my hardest to get a tight stomach and a bigger thigh gap. So what are some great exercises for this? My thigh gap is about 1cm wide but I want it to be atlead 2 or 3. So, does anyone know some myracle exercises? Im willing to work my hardest to get this but I need good exercises! :) Thankss!
