I always get bullied for being one f the "fat" girls. And i just don't know how to make them stop. I have starved myself for 3 days and i only lost 6 pounds. I am just sick of this, Everyday i know there is going to be a person who is going to be calling me fat or fatty. I have stayed home for like a week in a half (in total) Just because i didn't want to go to school. But now i am being forced to go because i got a letter from my school saying that if i miss one more day then i will go to Juvenal court. So now every day i have no choice but to go though hell for 8 hours.
So can someone help me and tell me what i can do to loose some weight?

But if you are dissatisfied with how you are it is difficult to be confident in yourself right? It will take time to build it. The best way to lose weight is to exercise. You can eat everyday and still lose weight, doesn't that sound easier? Exercising can be fun. It won't be easy to change your daily routine at first to slip in 30 minutes worth of jogging or whatever it is you want to do while you exercise. But patience is also very important. Don't worry about what other people think of you, karma will come back at them. If you do wrong to others you will get it back. If you want to lose weight, I have a challenge for you. There are apps that help monitor your calorie intake. Just put in what you eat for breakfast,lunch,dinner. I use myfitnesspal, and its an iphone app but I don't know what kind of phone you have. It lets me put in all of my meals as well as snacks and the amount of calorie I lost while exercising. If you don't have an iphone then find an app that is similar to it, and if you don't have a smartphone then find another way. This is going to take dedication. The best way to lose weight is by monitoring what you eat, not to quit eating all together, and exercising to lose weight. For example, the average person needs about 2000 calories per day. If you exceed that amount then you will gain weight. This is without considering exercise. Lets say you ate 2500 worth of calories, then you can reduce it back to around 2000 by jogging and depending on your pace you can lose about 500 calories in an hour if you are jogging slowly. So if that same person ate 2000 calorie worth of food in a day but jogged slowly and lost 500 calories they would have a total of 1500 calories in that day. That means they're losing weight. But here's the most important part to losing weight: You need to be honest with yourself. Don't sneak any snacks or food breaks. If you exercised for 25 minutes instead of 30, don't consider it as 30 minutes. 25 minutes is 25 minutes. Don't starve yourself, just eat and exercise right. If you eat any snacks, then fine but add some more minutes to your jog or any other exercise to work it off. If you do this you will have a healthier future, and plus if you keep doing it long enough it'll feel like a daily routine and you'll get use to it. If you want to commit to this then take a picture of yourself before you start exercising. Jog everyday for at least an hour, and take a picture of yourself every 2 weeks. Remember to be honest with yourself. I don't know what grade level you are in, but if in highschool, you may want to talk to someone about the option of attending an alternative school to receive your GED.
I understand emotional torture only mine wasnt due to weight. So I understand how miserable you are.
You say you lost 6 lbs in 3 days, that's amazing and you should be proud of yourself. But you must hear what I have to say next: too much weight coming off too fast is not health for you either.
It took months or years to come on you, it should take time to come off. I know some people who are dieting and they take about 5-6 lbs off a month. Start searching the internet for the exact recommendations and how long it will take. If you are committed to this...another thing you will have to figure out is your body type. Diet alone is not enough to lose the needed weight, exercise is too. Some peoples bodies require little exercise to remain small and trim, other's require moderate amounts of exercise and last of all is those whose bodies require great amounts of exercise.
At some point even if you lose lots of weight, it would be good to read books about having a good self image. Did you know that many of the thin girls who you may think are prettier also have a low self image? You may compare yourself to classmates, Your peers are comparing themselves to celebrities. And they will never be happy because being happy with who you are must start inside, in your mind.
Do something for me, look up on the net celebrities without makeup on. Those makeup artists do "Miracles" on the women. Those who seem to have slender petite noses in real life have wide ones....all makeup shading magic. You will be amazed at what you see. My opinion is that they all looked very average or downright unappealing if lets say I was a guy. No guy would take a 2nd look at them. This should show you that what you have to achieve isn't as far away as you may think. Work on the outside but be working on your contentment and self image at the same time. Honestly, you should first work on how you feel about yourself. You should talk to your counselor on being bullied because it's not ok at all.
Instead of striving to lose weight, strive to be healthy. Because most girls who are bullied just want to starve to be skinny and skinny isn't necessarily healthy.
So while you start working on your self confidence, you can work out. So start working out maybe 3 days out of the week and eat healthy. Cut out soda, chips, candy, ect.
