What is important in all weight loss is watching what you eat and exercise. Stock up on high protein foods chicken, beans, fish, edamame, tofu etc. Eat fruits, veggies.
Stay away from added sugars, saturated fats, fried and greasy foods. No soda, juice etc.
Go for baked chicken, Crystal light, Sugar free Popsicles. Most importantly make sure you get at least some sort of exercise in daily.
