alright. this might be long, but i'm so confused. ok so, there's a guy at my camp who is 16 and like, i sorta thought i liked him during camp, and we were friends, no he wasn't the only person i hung out with or anything. but then i decided i liked him as a friend [i'm 14 by the way, so i figured he was too old for me anyway]. so i've been talking to him online since camp ended and we've gotten to be pretty good friends. it's a long story, but it turns out, he was usually trying to flirt with me at camp, and when he told me that, i just kinda played it off, because i mean, he's 2 years older than me, and we don't go to the same school, but he lives near me. except the fact i'm also going to a new school this year which is a few hours away. ...

what exercises could i do to lose the most weight [[to make it show]] in 4 weeks? thats when im going to be meeting my crush *&& to be honest...im overweight. i dont just want to do this because of him, i want to do this to be healthier and more self-confident. i have a treadmill, so how about "speed-walking" for an hour maybe every other daii? i know all about the precautions [[staii hydrated,etc/]] thank you so much!

well i went to the docotors and i found out my older isster weighs less then me.and im not in the greatest shape ever. so i thought i' go ona healthy diet. my questiosn are
1)what are some healthy foods but taste good to eat for a diet?
2) how many times a day should i eat?
3) i always get lazy and dont feel exerciseing how can i stop this?
4) how do i curve the craveings?
5)what exercises should i do and for how long?

ok. i have brown hair, it's almost a chestnut color, and it's a little past my shoulders, i also have side swept bangs. i sort of want a new haircut for school, but i'm not sure what kind.

does anybody know a store where i can buy some really cute cardigans? i am looking for some solid colored ones, and some with sequins and sparkles with them. i don't want to spend a fortune on them, so i'm looking for some cardigans for around $20 or less.

So I've been dating this amazing guy for about five weeks. We click better than I have with any other guy. We have such an amazing relationship and no we haven't said the "love" thing because it's stupid and too early. But there's a dilema...
He got grounded for getting caught throwing a party with his brother at his father's house when they were gone....now he's grounded for three months and we haven't seen each other for three weeks now. We were supposed to yesterday but then things fell apart and he doesn't blame me at all and he tells me how much he misses me but I do think that this not seeing each other will affect the relationship...

I had volleyball try-outs for 8 hours, and my legs are so sore fromdoing conditioning that I can hardly move. The problem is, I have more try-outs on Monday. Any tips to recover beforehand? I am so sore, and I desperately need to get better.

I just bout Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 and it is very confusing, considering I don't have too much experience with computers. Can anyone help me - I have a picture here of myself with a lime green shirt, I would like to make everything black and white except my shirt. Can I do this on this program, and if so how? I've looked through the manual but it's not helping. Thanks.
