nails

for the past about 3 years, i have bitten my nails. i am pretty much stopped, but now my nails are really weak and the skin on my thumbs is weird and i think thats from the biting. how do i make my nails stronger and what do i do about my skin?

i dont like my boyfriend

i met my boyfriend at camp last year. he asked me out last year, and i said no, and he asked me out this year again, and i didnt want to say yes, but i felt obligated to. he is my first boyfriend and i didnt tell my parents. (dont tell me to tell my parents, becaus eim not going to). ive only told like 3 of my friends about him. but the problem is that i dont like him in "that way". i want to break up with him, but i still want to be friends with him and i dont want to hurt his feelings. what do i do?

13/f/8th grade. it seems like im a back up friend to all of my friends. i feel like my friends only hang out with me or go to movies or eat lunch with me when all of their other friends are busy. some of them use me. and friends that i used to be best friends with dumped me once cooler kids wanted to be their friends. what do i do?

guy trouble

13/f/8th grade. okay from when i was about 7 to about a year ago, i was a complete tomboy. the only way you could get a dress on my was if i was dead. and guys werent looked at as guys, they were my friends, and sports teammates. now i have changed, but i still play all my same sports. but the people at school and my friends have gotten so used to me as a tomboy that they make fun od me every time they see me in anything girly-ish. and the guys that i grew up playing sports dont see me as a girl really, they see me as a teammate, and it seems like they could never see me as girlfriend material. WHAT DO I DO???

I am very confused about religion. My family is Christian and believe in God, but aren't too religious. I was never told to believe in anything.
I believe in God. BUT I also believe in Karma. Is there any sort of name or religion for that? they are two different beliefs and religions, but I believe in both.

hey
i did the hole bf/gf thing and i didnt really get along with it. now i just kindof feel like messing around and having fun instead of trying to figure out everything. meaning, i dont want to have a boyfriend, but i dont want to miss out on all the sexy-licious fun things having a highschool bf gives you. the only problum is, the rumors are spreading, and im starting to sound like a slut, and thats really not it at all. i have my limits, and if someone cant respect that i ditch them. besides that, i dont know what to do to keep the respect of other peoples. can someone help me out? just because i have fun doesnt make me a slut, and i dont know how to make other people understand that.

Okay Thrusday I told Eric I liked him.But there was so much more.
On like Monday, Tuesday,and Wensday my bestest friend Emily kept telling me to tell him to not be afraid all this and that..so thurday on the bus we were all alone in the back of the bus talk and i asked him if you promissed a friend something would you breck it and he said no.So about 5 minetes later i told him,
"Well i like you and thats what i promissed Emily i would tell you and like uh thats why i asked you if you would breck a promiss cause i knew if i told you id make a complete fool of myself and Emily told me to wait till i was about to get off but i guess i planned it wrong.."
And he said what...so i repeated myself and he said okay......

i'm on my period now and i noticed i have been bleeding less than when i last had it. is this bad or is my stress doing anything to it?
i was wondering because i thought people bleed the same every time.

Questionable relationship

I am a 20 year old guy, who just happens to really like a girl who will be 17 in three months time.
i do beleive she likes me, but when I try to ask if she would like to do something, her parents always seem to have reasons why not. When I ask her about things, she seems to genuinly intrested, but can't. Am I better off to ingore these feelings, and move on, or is this worht pursuing?

Is it weird to wear black shoes with a dark blue dress? I have these really cute black heels that I want to wear to homecoming because they make me taller (my date is over a foot taller than me) but I found this cute knee-length blue dress that I want to wear. I have clear heels with silver on it but they're not as high. Any opinions? Thanks a lot!

I am the type of girl you would probably classify as a "player". It's not that I cheat on my boyfriend (well sometimes but only a peck with another guy but I tell them) it's just that I always get bored of them and dump them and then move on. I'm in high school now though, and I'm looking for something more serious. I've been so rude to all these boys and basically I feel like I've just used them because I wanted a boyfriend. But my ex boyfriend, who I dumped about a month ago because we never talked and I heard he was cheating on me, well his brother just died. And I feel like this is the perfect opportunity for us to get back toghether. I'm not using "oh my gosh i'm sorry your brother died" as an excuse to get him back...

Broken Heart

My boyfriend broke up with me after just two weeks and it was all the sudden. On Monday and Tuesday we were still a happy couple, but all the sudden on Wednesday afternoon he said we were over. I can't figure out why. There are rumors that he is likes one of my best friends. And she likes him... A LOT. It's killing me because I love him and I can't just all the sudden stop liking him. hi im a 15 year old guy and i like this frosh girl..im a sophmore...i told her the other day how i feel but theres 1 problem she has a boyfriend...i told her and she said she really cared for her boyfriend and that since we just met this year and we dont really know each other that well she never really thought about it and just sees us as friends...this was wednesday night..we havent talked at all in geometry ebcause i thought itd be best to let her come to me not about the situation just to talk in general...so my question is should i talk to her on monday in school or this weekend online if i intiate the conversation or let her initiate the conversation when shes ready? thanks so much in advance
