arms and back

So my gym teacher told me that doing some backward weight lifting would help me tone my arms. I've been doing them for a long time, although I have skipped some days, and I see no improvement. I don't want to tone my arms, I want to loose fat in my chest, back, and upper arms area. I don't know what exercises to do or what to eat, but I want to loose weight fast since summers here. I feel awfully self conscious about these. Does any one have any inputs? Thnx in advance.

okay
so i have a sweating problem
i'm not fat
i'm pretty skinny
i'm 5 6 and weigh 120lbs
i've never sweated like this before
but ever since summer started
i'll just be standing their and sweat will come down my face and it'll start to gets oilier then usual too
and it's not just on my face but on my back
and on my chest
it's really gross
this has never happened to me beofore
is there any way to stop this?

stomach fat

i am going to the beach by the 21st and i NEED to have a good body by then! i've been trying to get my body to be perfect for 2 years and it hasn't worked so it seems impossible to do it in like less than 2 weeks, but i never give up. i am not fat, i am short girl 14 years old and i have a lot of extra fat on my stomach. it's been there my whole life but it's been getting worse becasue i eat really badly and i say everyday that i'm going to run but i never have time or i'm too lazy. please help me it's so important what should i do? everytime i try to eat healthier i can't because unhealthy food is my escape when i'm sad, bored, angry, happy anything. just what can i do to get the fat off my stomach by then? any suggestions for keeping to e...

Curves?

Alright well , i've been going to the gym and working on cardio and running on the ski machine and the running machine too , and i'm trying to get curves , but I don't think it's working.. How do you get curves in less then a year??

body hair

i have some dark hairs all over my stomach and lower back. not extremely noticeable, but wearing a bikini can make it somewhat easy to see..especially in the light. it really bothers me and makes me self conscience. what should i do to get rid of it/lighten it? any kits to buy? somethinggg?! i dont wanna spend a lot of money..im just not sure if shaving or waxing is the way to go since it will grow back faster and thicker. thanks a bunch!

Cramps?

I keep getting muscle cramps in my lower calf.
It happens at night, like recently, it's been every night :\
I wake up due to killing calf muscle cramps, like they almost make me cry.
What could be causing this? :\

alright so im a 16/f and I need some help to rock my bathing suit.

to start with, im a little on the hair side, so i was wondering how to i get rid of the little hair on my stomach and possibly other places?

also, im not fat but ive got a little belly. i was wondering what are some good exercises to make my tummy flat and lose some love handles

big butt

i'm 16/f...and i have a big butt. i mean, it's proportional and round..and i guess it looks good in pants. but it makes me feel really self conscious. and its weird..because some girls tell me they wish they had it and some guys tell me they love it. and i look at them weirdly and take it to offense. i dunno. is it considered attractive? i'd rather have bigger boobs anyday..

first time tanning

16/f. somewhat fair skinned, not too white but not too tan. im going to a workout place/tanning place to the tanning beds for my first time. i signed up for 30 days so i can go as much as i want, but like only once a day. my mom told me start off with like 5 minutes for the first few days, wear goggles..but anyone else have any tips..so i dont burn, so i get an even tan, so i dont have streaks..stuff like that? =] also, would you suggest wearing a swimming suit the first time? the people there said they will help me the first time, but it isnt like most salons, you can just walk in and sign in and go straight in by yourself. any tips are greatly appreciated!

and please, if you dont agree with tanning beds, dont answer. and do...

birth control/ weight gain?

hey so i recently started going on yaz birth control and i have gained like 10 pounds. i usually stay the same weight so i was shocked to see this change. since i think it is because of the pill, does that mean i cannot loose it? or just have to work harder? do i have to go off the pill if i ever want to get back to how i was?

treadmill or exercise machines?

so I'm 16/f and i go to the gym. i'm starting to go regularly. I eat normally and in small amounts so that's really not an issue. i want to tone my legs and make them slimmer. but i don't know whether the treadmill could do a better job at that or whether i should grow muscles on the workout machines instead. what burns fat faster? running or stretching/lifting weights? same goes for arm flab. sometimes i don't have enough time to go and lift weights..so i run instead.and i dont know whether or not im wasting time when i could get a more effective workout by lifting weights instead.

stomach fat

im happy i guess with my body in general but i hate my stomach fat, its gross. i have a big belly and love handles, and thats what makes my body gross. im so determined to get rid of them. i've been doing situps, backwards sit ups (to loose the love handles) but i dont seem to be getting flatter, my fat is just getting harder (muslce i guess?) but it still looks like fat, not like a 4-pack muscles, i want 4 pack ab muscles instead of just a big blob of fatty muscle, does anyone know what im doing wrong?


oh and i dont really wanna loose weight i mean 10 pounds would be good but i dont think im that fat, just my stomach. thankss.

I NEED ABS!!

well this summer i really want to work out and get some hot abs before i go back to school, since i'll be starting off as a freshman in highschool and i wanna look AMAZING!! so- i was wondering if i could get some healthy eating tips and some workout tips (for abs-duh) so i can get a toned stomach for the fall. i already have an ab cruncher but i also need some other tips so please help!! thank you!!

Okay so I'm motivated, because I really want to shape up my body, but like I'm not motivated enough to actually work out everyday. I'm getting kinda lazy, SO how do i change that? How do I get into a routine?

tone stomach

I would like to tone my stomach as much as possible in 2 weeks. I'm getting a navel piercing so I would like to tone it down a bit. I've been doing knee to elbow lifts and whatnot.. some aerobic videos too. Would Dance Dance revolution actually help if I do it for an hour or two? I really need to get into shape anyway so I'm trying to make it as much fun as possible. How long should I work out a day to get good results? I'm not expecting WOW i can totally see a difference results just enough to feel comfortable in my jeans again. I'm not sure what to do for eating. Someone told me to drink a lot before I eat so it fills me up or something? I dunno, any tips?
