i am going to the beach by the 21st and i NEED to have a good body by then! i've been trying to get my body to be perfect for 2 years and it hasn't worked so it seems impossible to do it in like less than 2 weeks, but i never give up. i am not fat, i am short girl 14 years old and i have a lot of extra fat on my stomach. it's been there my whole life but it's been getting worse becasue i eat really badly and i say everyday that i'm going to run but i never have time or i'm too lazy. please help me it's so important what should i do? everytime i try to eat healthier i can't because unhealthy food is my escape when i'm sad, bored, angry, happy anything. just what can i do to get the fat off my stomach by then? any suggestions for keeping to eating healthy when everyone else in your house eats unhealthy?

It's near impossible to get a flat & toned stomach in less than a week but at least you can start now so that in the long run, it'll be beneficial to you.

Start out by doing cardio (of any sort you want) 3-5 times a week for 30-60min CONTINUOUSLY. No breaking it up into 3 segments of 10min spread throughout the day. Also, do weight training 3-5 times a week along with your cardio. Do 2 sets of 8 reps for each body part. I suggest you only focus on 1-2 parts of your body for th weights per day so that you can rotate around with different parts so that you don't hurt yourself. Remember, do it slowly. (Why am I telling you to weight lift when you need to lose fat? Because weight lifting = muscles = higher metabolism = more calories burned). Also, if you want, you can do target exercises but it won't help much with the fat (& when I say target exercises, I mean these: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location))

As for the eating, get your BMR (how much your body burns daily)--just google BMR Calculator to find your BMR. Eat 500 calories less (or burn off 500 calories everyday through exercise...or combine food and exercises to cut off 500 calories) per day and you'll lose roughly a pound every week.

Calorie-count.com and thedailyplate.com are great tools to get how much you've eaten, burned, etc. I use calorie-count to get my food caloric intake as well as caloric outtake through exercise. And I go to daily plate and record it on there.

Try and eat 4-5 smaller meals everyday, sleep enough, eat fiber and protein rich foods ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)), drink water and you'll be gold =)

You can go to my forum, which has a lot of stuff about losing weight, and click on topics that relate to food, eating, and exercise to get more information =)

Good luck!

The best way to loose stomach fat is by walking everyday. Don't over do it because the faster you loose it the easier it is to put the weight back on.
