arms and back So my gym teacher told me that doing some backward weight lifting would help me tone my arms. I've been doing them for a long time, although I have skipped some days, and I see no improvement. I don't want to tone my arms, I want to loose fat in my chest, back, and upper arms area. I don't know what exercises to do or what to eat, but I want to loose weight fast since summers here. I feel awfully self conscious about these. Does any one have any inputs? Thnx in advance.

It's alright. I've been in this situation before. All you got to do is run. Yes, it does not seem believable how you would lose any arm weight by running, but running is the ONLY and the only way you can lose weight all over your body fast. Don't feel conscious because you just need to have confidence in yourself that you can do this. Don't feel like you're pressure to lose weight, but don't take running as a joke either. Also eating celery is good for you since it burns off more calories than you eat! Stay away from bread or dairy products expecially bread since they're high in calories.
