i'm a female who just turned 14 & i'm about 5'11 and i'm pretty sure i'm still growing.
i read about this 22 year old guy who grew from 5'1 to 5'7 by the time he was 27 because of the right foods he ate and the the right excersize he did. and he wrote a book about it. does anyone know the name of the book? if not, can you please search it?
also, if you cannot find the book; what foods do you know of will help me grow even taller? and which excersizes should i do to help me grow taller? and which foods should i stay away from that stunt my growth? i also heard that lifting weights stunts and drinking coffee stunts growth - is this true?

I can't do handstands or cartwheels but I really want to do them. Like figure it out on my own without much help since I'm just doing it for fun and not all gymnastics competition thing.
I wanted to know what workouts would behelpful for me to achieve this goal

i'm 15/f and i'm going on vacation with about 30 family friends. out of the 30, 4 girls are my age and i've known them since ever and this year i'm going to buy them a random gift from victoria secret. should i buy them all the same thing or should each person get something different? because what if one person doesn't like their gift and likes the other girl's gift?

Forensics Team

Basically I joined the forensics team (poetry competition thing) this year and this is my first time actually getting into the whole forensics scene. I never really tried at all in middle school but I want to this year for the team. Well, I'm going to compete in the impromptu category in the upcoming competition in January along with duo interpretation [i think it's called]
Are there (from experience) any tips for me? Like how should I be creative with an impromptu topic, hand gestures, body language, tone, mood, etc. How do I get into the whole thing so I can get really good scores? What do judges look for in competitiors for those two categories? Just any tips and tricks you guys can give me. Thanks =]

Dum majors

Okay, at our school, for the marching band there are two guys who conduct the whole thing from a raised platform and they're called drum majors and I was wondering if it was the same for other marching band conducting people. If so, why are they drum majors? From what I know, the conductors at my school don't play drums...so why are they called that and how do you become one?

Okay, so I'm in strings and I'm 1st chair of the 2nd violin sections. Well in Pat-A-Pan a cellist starts her solo then the violist comes in with his solo then I come in with my solo then the whole section joins then he 1st violin section joins.
Well, it's a 10measure rest in 2/2 and it's hard to count without getting off tract for me and so I rely on the conductor to cue me. She knows that I rely on her to cue me each time and she did in class and practices and rehearsals. Well, we had 2 concerts in 2 days and the first concert, she cued me like always. The last one, she didn't cue me at all and I was like uh oh. I screwed this one up--cause I wasn't counting as usual. The conductor didn't even tell me that she wasn't going ...

Well, okay so there is this guy that flirts with me a lot. The thing is that he's a junior and I'm a freshie.
What are the chances that he:
1-does really like me
2-just being goofy [thinks that i'm cute--age wise]

one day at school i was walking in the yard and a boy on the basketball court name kelly called me over and asked me for my number and i gave it to him.the next day in my class i was talking to one of his friends (lloyd) lloyd told me that he threw away my number and he doesntlike me and all kinds of stuff then i wrote a note to my best friend ferrin who rides his bus just so happens somone took the note from ferrin on the bus and read it out loud so kelly said he doesnt like me and he threw my number away and he does not go out with me (i knew that)so i dont know why he even asked me for my number he is soo wrong for that...but the next day after that my friend charisse said that his friend eugene told her that kelly said he goes out wih m...

There's this guy I like. We're pretty close friends and all, so we're kind of comfortable around each other. He says some really inappropriate things to me kind of often (see my last question for his latest comment). It doesn't really offend me, it's just that he soes it to see how I'll react, and I don't know if all his jokes about sex are because he finds me attractive and I make him think about sex or if he's just a jerk and a pervert. Should I confront him or just deal with it? I really like hanging out with him, but I can't help it when he steps over the line.

Hey everyone! Well, I need boy advice!!! Ok, I'm in 8th grade this year, and about 4 months ago I started to like this guy A LOT. And he talkes to me and I talk to him and whatever, but I don't feel close enough to him. I want to get to know him better and I want him to get to know me better. How can I do this? ok......... i am 13 years old and i am in the 8th grade i like this 12 year old boy in the seventh i was going to 6th period and i seen him and i dont know what was wrong with me but somthing came over me and i grabbed his butt he started looking around and was saying all kinds of stuff i hurried to class but he figured out it was me and after the 7th period bell rung i got on the bus and i sat in the back he was in the last seat and he started to say i was a rapist and i had an std and all kinds of stuff he even got up and sat in the front and was going crazy and when the bus came to his stop he ran out of the door and down the street!!!! wow i really need him to trust me again plez help me i seriously dont kow what to do

i have a confusing situation, so this might be long. first of all, i have a boyfriend of almost two years and i love him a lot. things are great, and i could see myself with him forever. but i have a problem.. i've known this other guy for six years, and he was basically my first love. things happened, and we lost touch and grew apart. a few months ago, he came back into my life and we still love each other. now this might seem like every other love triangle, but the twist is that the other guy (not my boyfriend) knows me from the internet, and we've never met. so i need advice on who i should choose? should i stay with my boyfriend and leave it at that, or leave him and be with the other guy? don't say that the last idea is crazy just beca...

ok well christmas is coming up.4 of my closests friends told me they were gonna give me something&i think it would be nice if i got them something too....the question is what!
1 of my friends said she was gonna get me something "big" meaning something expensive and i dont really have alot of money so what will be pretty and look expensive at the same time?? any ideas??
