Jumps

hi, this is my second year of cheerleading and i need my jumps to get higher for i can make varisty as a sophmore, and tryouts are around the corner i have the yell i just need to make a jumps higher then they are at. please help me

Ok so like im not skinny at all but im not completly fat either. Ive tried exercising and all that stuff but nothing works. Ive thought about becoming anorexic because everytime i eat im afraid that im just gonna keep getting bigger and bigger. I need help what should I do

okay my best friend has huge boobs. im only 13 but everyone loves her boobs like all the boys and stuff. i want to know if there is any excersises so my boobs can get a little bit bigger. i mean im not flat or anything but i just wish i could maybe most up a cup size or something so the boys will like my boobs too.

I'm 22 weeks & four days pregnant to be exact.
Before I got pregnant, I only weighed 94 pounds & I was around 5'2.
I'm now 116 pounds, I've gained a total of 22 pounds since I've been pregnant which isn't good. All my weight has gone straight to my butt, back & my hips.
Its really scaring me into thinking I'll be really big after I have the baby.
I need to know what I can do to lose some weight, My doctor also believes I need to go on a no card diet.
The average woman only gains 25 to 35 pounds through out the whole pregnancy, None of this is baby weight.
It's the weight I'm going to keep after the baby, If I don't lose it.
My baby weighs right at a pound right now, according to m...

i have very big legs. they're not fat but they're just really muscular. i really want to slim them down before school starts but all the exersizes i see in magazines just work on getting rid of fat and they only make my legs more muscular. any tips on exersizes i can do?

how to reduce fat from the chest region??

hey all.... m a 19 year old guy with a physic kind of fine with a few extra pounds... but the thing which annoys me the most is exess fat on the chest region of mine which looks kind of awkward some times when i remove clothes..
actually under that thick layer of flesh i got a quite well developd chest muscles as i have been doin gym for a long time... but they get shades unde rhte fats... i am really annoyd with it.. i do gym quite often and do swimming for bout a kilometer a day...
any nice suggestions to tackle this prob??? plz help me

how many calories..?

i have been listenning it from ages that if u want to loose fat then burn more calories then u eat.
but i want to know how many calories does a man ussually burns in a day with schedule including swimming a kilometer in an hour every day...,, some lite gym exercises in the gym for bout an hour in the morning.. and bng at college for rest of the day.... which leads to a walk of bout 2-3 kms per day at coolge...

hey all helpfull ppl out there.... i just wanna know a couple of things bout swimming as i have learnt swimming last month and learn all the basic 4 strokes...
1. which stroke in swimming help the most in reducing body fat, specially in the middle region and chest.
2. does swimming also helps in shapping ur abs? if yes then which stroke is best to tone up the abs and get a few packs..?
3. which swiiming stroke reduces fat such as side tyres and specially on the chest part...

plz help me if anybody knows d rite stuff...

hi all.... m in india and its summer season here... and summer in india means really hot summere.... well the prob is that i get pimples on my back and sometimes on the chest too... it just dosnt looks nice wen i have to remove shirt in front of anubody if i have to... like wen i go to swimming.... i feel bad bout it... any advice to tackle the prob??????????

Alright, I am about 5'2 , and I weigh over 150. Yes I know I need to lose weight. But here is my question,
- I have a treadmill, and I was wondering If I ran about an hour everyday on it, would I lose weight ?
- I'm looking to lose all of it in my legs & stomach.
- I DON'T eat healthy. I don't like salads or most healthy food, so don't tell me to eat healthy.
- Sits up never seem to work for me. But I do them probably three times a week.
- Please help me here. I don't have enough money to go buy a new machine to work out with, and cardio I could try but I don't think I will enjoy it.

Please answer all of my questions. Thanks in advance.

ive been trying to lose weight and its been the hardest thing ever.
i have to lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks, and trust me, losing that much will make me normal, not anorexic, so its okay.

ive been telling myself ill diet tomorrow, etc etc, but its so hard! like i keep eating and i have no self control. i used to look at pictures which would keep me determined but it doesnt work anymore.

what should i d0? what can keep me determined?

ok i'm 15/f and my boobs are about a 36B. this past year i have gotten stretchmarks on them. like they go completely all around each one. i'm not too sure what caused them because they didn't just start growing, i've had boobs since 5th grade. i just don't understand what caused them now and how to get rid of them. i've tried cocoa butter but it doesn't work. and they are really noticable so i'd like to get rid of them. :/ please help. thanks!

p.s. my one friend had them and said that she switched to sports bras and hers went away. i've also tried this for a couple days, didn't work.
