Anorexia Ok so like im not skinny at all but im not completly fat either. Ive tried exercising and all that stuff but nothing works. Ive thought about becoming anorexic because everytime i eat im afraid that im just gonna keep getting bigger and bigger. I need help what should I do

Read the book "Skinny Bitch". It'll help you out so much and tell you all the right foods to be eating. It's worked for me and will work for you as well! I've been in the same position but though twice about it and realized I needed to change my eating habits and exercise regularly. Anorexia is more of a mental disease if you're not already aware so don't deprive yourself like that sweetie :] You deserve better, I have faith in you. You can do this & good luck! ]
Anorexic, Is a bad idea! Not eatting will only make your body starve and it might only make you actually gain weight from lack of nutrition. Please, If you want too loose weight do it the right and healthy way. Try putting your hands behind your head and lifting your legs till your knees just barley touch your chest and do that a few times a day. Also, I don't know how much you drink (water) that is, but make sure you don't over do it water builds water fat. Just make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day though!

Oh, no no no, dear! Anorexia isn't the answer. If you are really serious about losing weight, this site, [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) is great! It helps you keep track of calories, tells you the reccomended calories for you to eat according to your height & weight, tracks fitness minutes, oh I could go on and on! Try it out, it works! I wish they had a site like that back in my time!
