Ok, first off, like all fat your problem cannot be spot reduced (i.e. targetted through exercise). The answer below is plain wrong and adheres to one of the most common and irritating exercise myths around today.
They talk about different kinds of treatments. The most common, from what I have heard, for mild cases is to reduce overall body fat. For more severe cases surgery is often needed. However, one should probably try the first option out first and see if it goes away.
But do check out their treatment section and also talk to your doctor (to determine that this is really what you have, if there are any other options, and so on).
If you need advice specific advice on how to generally reduce body fat (in terms of diet and exercise plan), then you can always a question to me or to the pool.
