i have been listenning it from ages that if u want to loose fat then burn more calories then u eat.
but i want to know how many calories does a man ussually burns in a day with schedule including swimming a kilometer in an hour every day...,, some lite gym exercises in the gym for bout an hour in the morning.. and bng at college for rest of the day.... which leads to a walk of bout 2-3 kms per day at coolge...

Walking takes about 30 minutes to burn 100 calories. Thought when you are exercising the mucles you actually gain weight no matter how little or much you eat.
