Okay so there is this guyy, and hes cute but i wouldnt say he's the hottest guy ive ever seen;; or atleast in our school. He's been my best friend literally foreverr. I've known him since atleast kindergarten. Not a lot of people like him as in more then a best friend (as in a boyfriend). Lately i've been noticing when ever im around him i get nervous and flirty. cheerleading workout

I am on a horrible cheerleading squad right now. No one is into it on my squad so I really want to join an all-star team. I know i'll have to work hard for that so can someone who is really into cheering give me a good routine to do everyday for my fitness and flexibility? Like stretches, work outs, everything! I really want to be able to get all my jumps and stretches (heel stretch, etc) to be good! Please tell me how many of each thing I should do and how often I should do it! Thanks so much :)

well ok this girl hit my friend roland and i asked her why she did tht and she started cussing me out and ic alled her a bitch and then she threatened to punch me in my face and later on she and 2 of her friends followed me into the bathroom and that girl almost hit me but someone pulled her back.. and i told the principle but he said that my other priciple will talk to me on monday. and im scared i might get on trouble on monday for calling that girl a bitch. what should i do? and will i get in trouble?

Getting a record deal

how do singers get record deals! ...and are able to collaborate with songwriters and producers??
(especially girls like cassie who can't even sing!! lol)
I know I can sing well, I've been singing since I was a kid & I've had vocal lessons and I've wanted to be a singer since forever.
Sending in demos to record label companies probably won't work since they must get a gazillion daily that they throw away before listening to anyways...so does anyone know? (besides american idol shows - because if you don't make it to top 5 on that show, you'll forever be known as the 'american idol loser' for the rest of your life!!)

i found my pokemon crystal game again, and i wanted to play it. [i know, lame, but bear with me.] so i play for AN HOUR. i save the game. the batteries die&it shuts off. i put new batteries, and it won`t save ! the game just WILL NOT save. i don`t know why. can i fix it ? help ! i really like this game. haha. and i really wanna play it. ive never worn a tampon before because i dont know how to put them in. but i hate wearing pads for sports and they annoy me so much. how do i put it in and take it out? how long can i wear it for?. does it hurt? and can you really swim with it in and no blood come out? that would NOT be good! thanks

Shaving down "south"

a little weird, but whenever i shave down south i get like red bumps where like my underwear line would go.. and sometimes it gets itchy... is there anything i can use to help with this?
