okay so i have upper abs, but what are ways to get lower abs? cardio & running which i'll do when its warmer but what else? crunches don't work so don't say them haha.. thanks

I work for a solicitor in a town in Australia. This morning my boss came out to me and another work mate and told us that we may have to start looking for new jobs in the next few weeks.
He told us that he's going to have to close the business because he will be declared bankrupt if he can't do anything about it before the 16th of April!
I don't want to lose my job, I love working here! The girls are great, I like the work, but we are struggling for money every week to pay us!
Is there anyway at all that I could possibly do something to help my boss keep his business going?
I feel so sorry for him, he has no family and his life is dedicated to this place! I just want to help him ou...

im 15/f/ny to make a long long story short, theres this guy who i liked and then i didnt like him and when i didnt he asked me out and i said no but then when i realized when i couldnt have him i wanted him and then i fell in love. we were getting to be close friends and then he had no choice and had to move to florida which is 1300 miles away from ny =[ i havent seen him in 7 months but i talk to him online and myspace ect. hes coming back to visit in the summer. i really wanna be with him but im afriad it wont work out =[ what shoujld i do!? any suggestions or help i can get! please help me

If I dont lose weight, will I be single forever?

Okay so, I'm not extremley overweight but I am "chunky". I feel like the only reasons I've yet to find anyone is because I'm fat and ugly. I cant really change what I look like, I'm getting plastic surgery for my dark circles but my mom wont let me get anything else done. And as for my weight problem, I've been on diets and I lose 30 lbs just to gain it all back again. I'm 17/female and have never been kissed...it makes me laugh when I think of a guy ever wanting to be that close to me. I'm surrounded by 100 lb beautiful girls everywhere I go, do I have to just lose the weight if I ever want to be happy?

13/f. There is this boy D, I really like him and apparently he knows. He has this really good girl friend named M. I cannot stand her. They went out once this year. My two guy friends told me the saw her kiss him and he denied it when I asked him. So whenever hes all on me I don't want his face to touch me cause I told him I didn't like M. I really want to go out with him though. How should I ask him?

this is kind of urgent. ok so my best guy friend just got dumped by his girlfriend that he had for 7months. he really loved her and is really depressed about it. i hate to see him that way because i care about him, alot. in fact i love him. i've been secretly in love with him for about a year now. i told him that i used to like him but not that i still do. ok so anyway he's been really depressed and he's not sure if him and his girlfriend are going to get back together. if they do i'll be really happy for him because i hate to see him miserable like he is now. but i want to tell him that i like him. so what should i do? tell him or let them get back together and just be a good friend and stay out of the way?

spider bites

hi
i got these two spider bites on my legs and they're really red and bumpy and well i'm going to the doctor tomorrow and everything but how do i cover them up?? i've tried concealer (yeah i was desperate...) and it just kinda rubbed off on my pants!
i'm putting this cream "afterbite extra" and it's cutting down on the itch but gahhh it's still sooo red!
any help?

This guy I've been dating was supposed to call me to see a movie today. He left a message earlier saying he had to cancel, and to call him back. Fair enough. So he called back just now, saying he as at the movie with his friends. I feel disrespected. Why would he just cancel on me, only to go out to the SAME movie with his friends?

i fell in love with this guy 3 years ago but at the time that we fell in love, he had to move. and one of my good friends alex is pissed at me because im in love with ryan. ryan can be an ass to me sometimes but hes what makes me happy. not to get into details cause we'd be here all night if i did, but my life is pretty screwed up. basically, how can i get alex to see that ryan is what makes me happy? ryan is the reason that im still here. how can i get alex to realize that?

I'm a 13 year old girl and I just got my period for the first time...today I was out in the cold running around with no bra on...just a shirt and now my breasts are all tingley and feel funny not bad,just funny.Is this normal ?

is there a program that ACTUALLY works at taking your sn off someone's buddy list? like, do you get a list of people that have you on their buddy list and you can just click "delete" or not delete? like my real question is... is there a way to get a list of people that have you on their buddy list?
