Bey answered Sunday March 25 2007, 10:32 pm: yes it is normal and you rbreast are sensitive to your period. Try not to drink a lot of caffeine and drink plenty of water. My breast used to get a sor elump i them every time my period came and that was because i drunk too much soda so drink water because that will keep your system running nice you won't have as much pain during your period and eat healty salads/tomatoes etc. Also stay away from sweets even though they tempt you during that time try not to eat them. Welcome to the "fun" world of seeing "Aunt Flo" for a week every month. :D Oh, the fun.
Anyways, about your question...You are perfectly normal. As was said, its natural and due to your hormones. So, don't worry. Its perfectly normal.
ciao77 answered Sunday March 25 2007, 9:59 pm: Yeah, that's completely normal. When you get your period, sometimes you breasts/nipples feel a little sore and tingly, as you say. This happens due to hormones. This could also be due to the cold weather, which coupled with the fact that you're on your period, could make your breasts feel that way.
