talent show! (singing)

im signing up for my middle school talent show after spring break! i have the entire spring break to pick a song, and i have no idea what to pick! I mean, I love songs that make you feel good, and like I guess R&B, Rap (though i cant sing that, haha), some Pop, oldiess (not from the 80s though), soft rock, some punkish songs... i guess all things in general. but if you had to sing something that will really show off your singing talent really well, what would you sing? preferably something that doesnt have another person singing for a while.. because im the only person singing this song.
also, where could i buy the music as instrumentals, or as sheet music? and i have to sing the song and give it to them as a DVD, and wh...

sometimes i just feel so happy.. like for no reason! like today.. especially such warm, sunny days like this, where things are fun in school (or just generally okay). like i just love the sun.. i could just be out all day and.. idk i just feel so happy and sensual! like i love the sky because its so pretty, and sometimes i get a little distracted lol like in soccer practice my coach will my telling us what to do and id be admiring the place around us.
but like now.. i just feel like im on the top of the world! like why does this happen to me alot? things may not even be amazing in my life but i still feel really great and stay positive.
haha i didnt know which topic to put this in.

It takes me forever to fall asleep!

Alright, every since about 6th grade, I've had problems getting to sleep. It takes me anywhere from 2-4 hours to fall asleep no matter what time I go to bed. I've tried drinking a type of tea called "Sleepy Time Tea", but that hasn't been helping much. Even if I can fall asleep, I wake up about 5 times in the middle of the night and it takes me another hour to fall asleep each time. So, are there any good ways to help you fall asleep?

Sweat Sweat Sweat!

Im 14/f. I am fully developed and not growing anymore so my sweating problem isnt puberty. No matter where i am or what i do, i sweat under my arms. It rarely smells but the wet spot can be huge sometimes and im really bothered by it. I dont want people to see ofcourse because it's embarassing and i cant wear a lot of the clothes i have because if i sweat, (and i always do), it shows. I always, when i can wear tank tops and stuff like that but I just want to stop sweating so much so i can wear anything without worrying about the constant sweating under my arms. Please help me. Any good deodarants? I've tried almost everything! Any way to stop it or prevent it from happening? Please help. :) Thanks.

My best friend's dad did something that really offended me, and we've normally gotten along really well. I wrote him a letter to try to express my feelings. Should i send it? or let it go? If yes, can you suggest any changes?

What can I do for fun?

I'm always trying to keep myself busy when I'm by myself but I'm not sure how. I read, write and make collages but it's starting to get boring. I want to pick up new hobbies like crafts or just something fun to keep me busy like making things out of duct tape and clay. What are some [relatively easy] things that I can do in my spare time? I'm interested in any ideas.

I seem to sweat a lot. The deodarants that I use do work, because it does'nt smell or anything. But im constantly avoiding shirts with sleeves because I mostly always sweat and there it is, the wet spot that doesnt smell, but it's just there and I hate it! I dont know what to do. I have already gone through puberty, im fully developed and everything, and i found out that im not growing anymore so i just dont know what to do or if itll stop when i get older. But i have had this problem for quite a while and i just need advice on what to do, please please please!

okay so ive had a boyfriend for 7 months now..and lately every little thing he did was starting to annoy me, so i knew it was time for a break...he still really loves and cares about me though. alright well i have had glasses since i was 18 months old. i am probably getting contacts soon & i have 2 questions.
1. i have like white circles around my eyes becuase they never got any sun all these years. so it looks pretty stupid. i also do not tan easily at all. ive heard that those tanning lotion things by jergens & other people make you orange & dont match your skin tone. so what can i do? i also have alot of freckles which makes the white circles look worse becuase theyre are no freckles there & theres freckles everywhere else. help??
2. my friend told me that her mom gets a new pair of contacts like every 3 days. do you really have to change them that often?
